Hotel staff are well-trained; they're helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk ladies are gracious too, always attending to our needs everytime we call. As for food, everything that we ordered was delicious (kudos to the chef). We'd definitely come back to this hotel. It's close to the Plaza area as well as the other nice places, and the price is reasonable too. Lastly, I highly recommend you try their brewed coffee, the best I've had in Laoag so far. Only downside is that there's no internet and elevator.

Value for money and comfort while vacationing”
We stayed in this hotel last quarter of 2018 in our Ilocos Norte adventure. The hotel gives comfort to our tired bodies from the tour. The location is very accessible to all locations. Real value for money. Though the hotel only caters to breakfast but there are other restaurants nearby.

We stayed here last april 19, 2019. We arrived early and the staff are very kind to allow to us to check in early without any charge. The breakfast serve is okay. One thing problem there is no elevator our room is in the 5th floor but the staff help us to carry our bags to our room. Location is good outside the hotel just walk around there are many banks, fastfood and convenience store.

If I don't have any business matter to attend, I will just lie on the bed and sleep. The room, the bathroom are super clean. The food, well, it's delicious. If I will go back to Ilocos, I will definitely choose to stay there again.

Staff very friendly. Location is great, very near market. Adequate parking space. Downside is the stairs, much better if there was an elevator for senior citizens and young kids.

Worth for money”
Our stay included free breakfast and it was walking distance to our designated spot for business. Staff was very attentive and helpful despite having no elevator to take us to our room. Will look forward to staying here again if the need arises for work.

Pros: like the rooms and the beds.Great value for the price of this hotel.Breakfast was great with complimentary fruits for dessert.My kid and husband enjoyed playing billiards which is located at the lobby.Place is located near Plaza and restaurants. Hot shower is also available. Cons: No elevator.We have to hand carry all luggage at the 3rd floor which is quite inconvenient. CR has no bidet. Overall we slept comfortably in this hotel which is good for a stop over travelling to other resorts as part of our vacation itinerary.

Rooms are clean and very spacious. There are not that many facilities but overall, a good place to spend the night. Breakfast was good too.

Pros - The location is near the city proper, one tricycle ride away :) - Their staff were friendly and approachable, even the guards :) - The breakfast was good, considering the hotel price & your expectations :) - The room was quite spacious. I requested for 2 separate single beds instead of 1 queen bed upon booking (subject to availability) and they granted me the room. - There's hot & cold shower. - Their beddings and towels were nice and comfy, not what I was expecting considering the price I paid for the booking :) Cons - The parking area is limited due to the construction/renovation ongoing in the building. - There's no elevator (the rooms are on the 3rd & 4th floors) - The bathroom lights are a bit dim.
