Extremely disappointed”
This is a hotel which is different from what was shown and what actually there. I paid about 1.9 k per night and to my surprise the quality of room is very bad. As a starter below are items which made my small stay unpleasant 1. Lift, smallest I can find and is not from ground. I need to take my luggage 1 floor manually 2. No soap / utensils were provided 3. Free breakfast they said will be provided upto 9, and I came at 10. I need to order it from outside. 4. Quality of room is so bad that I questioned myself about doing my next booking for Agoda. Seriously , someone from your team if they review these before keeping will be good.

Worst Hotel Service and Worst staff behavior ”
I suggest to don't book this hotel because I booked 2 Rooms with extra bed and breakfast for 2 Nights from 9th Oct, to 11th October, 16. And I made special request for early Check-In on 9th Oct, 16. Even though the rooms available they have not allowed us for early Check-In. and all three days they didn't provided extra beds and breakfast.

Excellent stay at this hotel”
Its very nice at this hotel. Breakfast was very nice .cleanliness is very good .But ACs are water dropping ,after complaining the hotel staff reacted very fast and repaired ACs .Shoul be improve for pillow covers which are looking somw what dirty.

The stay was perfect. we had certainly no issues. We stayed 3 nights here. From breakfast to room condition was really really good. Near to CMR central mall and Spencer. Town area and was easy for us since we did a lot of walking this time.

Stay here, not advisable”
Not Good. I have stayed in hotels across North India and at that price, they offer bigger rooms and much plesant stay. Athidi Grand location is good, just opposite to CMR central across the road. The staff, especially the person at reception desk is not at all co-operating and very very rude. Plus the staff doesnt understand anything and does what they feel is good. The hotel doesnt have a restuarant so every day and night you have to drop down and search for restaurant. Also, the place where it lies DOESN'T have any good restaurants other than road side stalls. This is a huge drawback of the hotel. The breakfast is limited and not very tasty. So, I would suggest not to take up this hotel. There are other hotels nearby, near to beaches, you can try one of them. This was my first and last time in hotel. Also, the checkout time of this hotel is not the check out time many hotels follow i.e. 12 noon. The hotel considers 24 hours stay and the staff is lazy enough to remind you of your checkout. In nutshell, at the price they are offering (1500 INR ), this hotel is not worth it. It could be acceptable, had it been priced around 1000 INR to 1200 INR max. To Hotel Staff - Please teach your receptionist to behave properly and show some respect towards customers. He should learn better customer dealing.

Good accomodation at a not so convenient location”
O.K. Room was good and clean, but the hotel does not have a restaurant of its own and room service takes a lot of time.Also there is scarcity of restaurants in nearby locality. AGODA should also appropriately improve/ have clearcut provision in their hotel booking format for giving options of expected check-in and ckeck-out timings apart from the dates in order to avaoid a last minute confusion with hotel staff regarding payments made vis-a vis the booking period while checking out.
