Excellent Buffet Breakfast”
Not much as a big hotel but if you are not very fussy about facilities, this is the place for you! They have excellent buffet breakfast for an inexpensive hotel with polite staff particularly the lady who is i charge of the buffet guest list. My only concern is about how they can manage to communicate with many English-speaking quests. Their knowledge of the English language is very little and it is very, very difficult to communicate with some of the front desk staff. Otherwise, it is an excellent mid-range hotel.

well, well, even though I read a lot before, and I was warned about by others - yes, the sound of the air conditioning is horrendous :)) I had large earplugs and still it was terrible! But probably due to being tired and with help of alchool I did manage to sleep a little. Now on a more serious note - yes, if you are budget oriented choose it! It has a perfect location for visiting center area and not only. Buy a rio card and you can arrive to the port in no time from Cinelandia station with tram. Bonde Santa Teresa is also close. Escadaria Selaron is very close on foot - area is safe, nobody harassing even if you can see poor people.. Basically you can be visiting Rio all day, drink in the evening, and just come in the room at a very low price. I think it's worth it!

You can get tempted by the location and good rates, but this is not a hotel I would recommend. Dirty rooms, black mold in bathrooms, no security at entrance, noise from neighbours, elevator stopping, so 19 floors full hotell on only one elevator at most times, horrible breakfast, no service, shower with little pressure and even less hot water. My stay here got cut short because of all this. The lack of comfort and ability to sleep in this shitty hotel made me move to Ibis centro that was ten times better, so my advice is STAY AWAY from Atlantico business.

This is predominantly a business hotel sitting on the edge of the central business district This is predominantly a business hotel sitting on the edge of the central business district. The hotel is somewhat dated and the bedsheets were very thin and some of the towels were slightly threadbare. If you’re after a budget Alltel with a mediocre breakfast in the central area then this would be fine for you

Hotel Atlantico Business is a nice hotel. It is narrow and high rise building with roof top swimming pool and with nice view in Rio de Janeiro and Sugar Loaf. The hotel is located at the central area of Rio de Janeiro (Centro) and near from major attractions and it is not far from Capacabana Beach (five minutes’ drive). The hotel standard, amenities and services compared to 4* standard in Rio de Janeiro is excellent. The room rate is favorable price compared to other hotels in the same category. The rooms are small which is standard at the major city in Brazil for the same category. This hotel is suitable for Transit Travelers or can be considered for Visitors who are intending for not stay long time in the room during the day.

Very easy to access the subway and go all around rio. The breakfast is fantastic, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Rooms were expensive but I guess also due to Carnival season

Dont stay here if you need an iron for your shirt.”
The name is deceiving. If you are a business traveler, dont stay at this hotel. I arrived and needed to iron some shirts. They dont loan out irons to guests. The staff were instructed by the owners of the hotel that if a guest needs an iron, they will stay at a different hotel. Very arrogant attitude and not befitting a service industry like the hotel industry. They offer an ironing service. It is a gimmick to make them money. That service only opens 6 days a week and on Sundays is closed. How am I supposed to arrive to my Monday morning meeting with my shirt ironed. I dont pay hotels their absurd prices to iron my shirt for me. I do a better ironing job anyways. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED AN IRONED SHIRT. Everything else about the hotel is a good value for the money. Staff are friendly, multilingual. Hotel is clean. But I need an ironed shirt Monday morning. They can provide it even if I was willing to pay them for it. I wont be staying there again.

Good Location, near Centro history points”
Stayed for 2 nights and was generally satisfied. Much more cheaper than Copacabana hotels during the carnaval. Though finding a taxi during late hours may take some time. Rooms are very clean and bed is very much comfortable to sleep. This is way far better than the Hotel Atlantico in Copacabana Siquera Campos! Walking distance from Centro's historical points of interests. Would stay in this hotel again in the future!

Ok Hotel for few nights”
Hotel Atlantico Business is an ok hotel not the top end and certainly not the worst. Front desk staff not really helpful and few could speak English. Neighbourhood not the best for a female solo travler. Room was clean but noisy. It was facing the street so tones of traffic noise regardless of closed window. My issue was with the A/C. It was zoomed right on the bed. Couldn't stay in the room without it but it was too strong to sleep with it. Made me sick at the end.

I als wrote a review about the the luxe room (i had to book 1 day in a standard room because the de luxe room was not available)and the extra money is worth every euro. the standard rooms are located in the back and on that side they are building some new building; the constructionworkers start early so you don't have to put on your alarm..... The the luxe rooms are situated at the other side of teh hotel so as long as they are still building i would suggest to pay a little more....
