In the middle of nowhere”
The hotel manager tries her best, however the staff say yes, but don't understand any English. On arrival the helpful porter helped me to arrange for the same transport back, but he failed to relate this! So the manager asks him, yes transport turns up & takes me to the wrong bus terminus!

Very pleasant and welcoming staff”
The hotel is clean, the staff is amazingly welcoming. They allow early check-in and late check-out. Many thanks for the staff!!!!! And breakfast is very good: asian and european food. There is no public transportation in Nay Pyi Taw. The hotel is located far from the places of interest, so I rent a motorbike. Comparing to Bagan, it is costly. I would better rent a bicycle, but it was not available.

Great hotel in lonely area”
Great hotel, facilities and staff. The area is the only downside to this hotel. Only accessible via taxi, so costs add up quickly. Nothing else in the area but other hotels.

Not bad, but not good”
Our stay in this hotel was... Odd. We seemed to be the only guests staying there, but our room was in the smaller building in the back, on the ground floor. There was a big stain on the wall next to our door, and the washroom wasn't very clean. The pool had water, but it was dirty. There was a nice gym, though, which was the best part. The hotel just felt deserted; it's far from city 'centre' (it costs 8000 MMK for a taxi to go there) like all the other northern hotels. At night, it felt creepy being alone in that separate building, in the middle of a long street of deserted mammoth hotels. That's Naypyidaw for you, I guess. The staff tried to be as helpful as possible, and we're very grateful they arranged our onwards taxi and bus. But there were about three staff per guest, and they didn't give us enough space while we were eating or lounging. Also, only a couple of them understood English well, so we were passed from staff until we were understood. Not bad, but not good.

Better than others in the city”
NPT is a difficult place to find sufficient hotel, when looking for hotels, it is difficult to gauge the quality as there aren't many reviews available but this one has the most reviews and from reading other hotel's reviews, one guy said to go north and named this hotel as one better than others, I followed and he was not wrong. This is by far the best hotel (yet) in this town for its price range. Though there are signs of insufficient maintenance but it is OK for now in 2017.

Odd hotel”
To start with: Nya Pyitaw is a very weird city. You can't expect much from any hotel as a result, since there's not really anything to do - you go here more out of sheer curiosity. That said, the hotel itself isn't bad, but absolutely none of the staffing spoke much English, other than one of the middle aged ladies who I think was a manager. There was some confusion with a lot of things as a result. Rooms were decent, and definitely spacious and clean, but lacked character, and the sheets were musty, likely because no one has used the room in ages. Worth a stay for a night, maybe two at most, but beyond that there's no reason to stay in the city other than the sheer strangeness you get to see. The hotels are no different - big, sprawling, empty palaces, all located 30 minutes drive from anything remotely notable.

Good”
Felt a bit weird, we were the only guest in the whole hotel complex. Hotel is in Hotel Zone 2, far away from everything. But restaurant is a good choice, because you can't go out for dinner. Tourist and transfer tours booked by the reception were great. As our bus left very early, we asked for a late check out - we assumed this should be no problem, as there were no other guest in the big hotel complex. Anyway, they made us leave the rooms early and we had to wait in the lobby for hours. Rooms and especially bathrooms were very old and not maintained. Wet stains on the ceiling and under the washstand. Fitness studio was in very poor condition, half of the equipment didn’t work properly. Treadmill was wobbling and very dangerous - can not recommend to use it!

Pleasant stay”
The room was very nice, with fridge, kettle and own bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they literally wanted to do everything for us like carrying out bags. Breakfast was good. It's very far from anything (shops, restaurants) but that's just Naypyidaw. Everything is far away.

Nice hotel, terrible city ”
The city is nothing to see. It's waste. The hotel is restricted by the city- farYou away, unless you have motorcycle- will eat at hotel. Food not too bad. 7.5 kat from bus station to hotel. 2kat from hotel to train station Wifi was done for most of the time: manager at apt called. Nice swimming pool and fitness room. Hotel ordered a guy to drive me around for 3kat or lend me a motorcycle for 2kat an hour. Free breakfaSt - staff is good. I believe some of the staff lives on hotel grounds.

Huge room, with good hot water and even a bathtub. Good wifi. Had a nice swim in the lovely pool. Staff were very helpful! Nothing around it as Nay Pyi Daw has hotel zones, but hotel helped us arrange a taxi to show us around the sights.
