Worst Place to Stay”

The family quad room is so dirty, got hairs all the way on both of the beds, no sink inside washroom, the location provided in Agoda website also bringing you to the wrong place, staff is not helpful at all, in short, this is the worst place I have stayed in my life.....

frankly, the room was terrible, it looks like a cell. got dirt around the wall, got a disaster bed and it came with mosquitoes as well.

Worst hotel experience for any family”

Terrible stay, the most unhygienic place a family could go. The beds were clearly just done up as there was body hair from 3 different human beings that was clearly visible on the bed upon arrival. The facilities were dirty. The locks on the door didn't work so we had to put the table behind it. There were people going in and out of rooms and yelling in the halls throughout the am hours, with a couple of times our door knob making noise as someone was trying to see if our room was vacant or not. I wish I could give negative numbers to my rating. I gave a 2 for location because there was a KFC around the corner. There is nothing positive about the hotel, and if I weren't with my family I would have opted to sleep outside.

To me the room was more like a prison cell and the sheets seemed clean but there were cigarette burn wholes in both the sheet and pillow case. The shared bathroom was smelly and was not ever cleaned during the 2 nights I was there. I booked my stay at this place but I met another traveller who wanted to stay and they kept changing their mind about the price for the night. The staff were friendly enough but not a professional service. This is the 2nd worst hotel I've stayed at in my life - this should not be advertised on Agoda!!!!

Zeer matige kamer maar ook erg goedkoop”

Wij boekten dit hotel omdat het wegens feestdagen alleen nog beschikbaar was in Ipoh. De kamer was erg goedkoop en je krijgt dus ook bijna niets. Alleen boeken als er echt niets anders is dus en zo kort mogelijk blijven.

Tidak memuaskan”

Harga bilik murah tapi tidak memuaskan, tilam dan bantal buruk dan lusuh, tuala nipis dan koyak. Tv ok, plug cuma ada 1, wifi tidak berfungsi, nyamuk banyak. Bau dalam bilik ok. Tandas bersih tapi ada lubang di ruang atas,org boleh intai.
