My husband and I booked the Hotel Bali Tower for a one night stay in Osaka. They accommodated an early check in for us, and while the staff didn't always speak English, they went above and beyond to give us wonderful service. After seeing the room we instantly booked another night. Some reviews stated the room was too small, and we found that to absolutely not be the case. It's a Japanese hotel, so of course rooms won't be as large as ones in America (just think of the space limitations). We got a massage while there, and my husband, who usually isn't a huge fan, loved it. The room was super romantic (we got a deluxe king) and the bathroom was amazing. The only bad thing was the breakfast buffet. Some items were cold when we got there about 9 am, but it certainly could have been a one off. The rest of the hotel was so fabulous that didn't really bother me though. Room service was great, and the food was fast and hot! It's about a two minute walk to the subway station, and has several shops around it. I cannot say enough good things.

Best hotel out of the 3 I stayed in Japan !”
Overall I will give it a 9/10 and recommended for anyone going osaka, great location with family mart, karaoke, food and shopping malls. Very near tennoji Jr and subway . There is a big pachinko palour opposite as well . I am able to speak simple japanese so it was a lot easier to communicate. Friendly service! The room is fantastic, love the big bed, big television with free movies . Drinks like water and tea bags are free . There is a chair massager too and the bathtub is big to fit two person . Really a fantastic stay there . The room looks really classy and it was worth awhile to stay there . It should be at least a 4 stars hotel . Really love the hotel, will visit again if I'm going osaka . There is also a multiple charger for any phones and also they provide keyboard to surf Internet on the television . Had some difficulties with the keyboard as it has a bit delay when typing but still able to surf smoothly with the web, truly worth the money for an awesome stay . Recommend for people who is visiting OSAKA .

A gem in Tennoji”
This is out of my expectation. We have asked for earlier check in as we arrived osaka by midnight flight. The hotel staff replied us promptly and the add on fee was very reasonable. They even provided several hours of early check in for free! There are lots of amenities for free, including make up remover, face mask, mouth wash.... All kinds of skincare. And they even have facial steamer in room. You can call for electric curler as well! This is definitely ladies heaven! You don't need to carry any skincare at all! Lots of bath salt to choose for little jacuzzi. Don't expect it's a full jacuzzi with such a low room rate! But it's good enough to relax. The room is well equipped with fridge, water boiler and microwave oven! Lots of teas to choose from! Only one thing to improve is the wardrobe was too tiny. A bit far to walk from JR Haruka Tennoji station when you're with large suitcases and in cold weather.

One of the best value hotel ”
8 mins walk to Tennoji station. Very beautiful decorative Baliness hotel room with beautiful lobby. Generous management provide free flow of red or white wine for the guest in the lobby. Many free amenities e.g.: shampoo, comb, spa etc in the lobby as well as the guest room for the guest. First time seeing this in a hotel. Deluxe king room come with a massage chair. Very close to restaurant and convienent store. Even the bathroom come with the HD tv . Only minus is the small cup board which are only allow us to put our winter jacket each for four of us and nothing else .

Great hotel, had the best time!”
We had a great experience at Bali Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bath was excellent with different bath salts/gels provided every day and the toilet was in a separate room to the shower. There were also more toiletries that you could take from the lobby, free juices and wine, and also jelly which was delicious. The hotel was great value, the staff were very helpful and pleasant even though a few didn't speak good English. Being so close to the JR Tennoji station was very convenient to get around, there are also covnenience stores next door and across the road.

The best hotel ever”
Anybody going to Osaka should try to stay in this hotel, the rooms are small but with all the amenities. They do have free house wine, juice, fruit puddings and also massage scrubs for guest. Its all absolutely free of charge. I think this is one of the hotel in the world with so much free bees . Location just few steps from Tennoji station. I will definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit to Osaka.

Great Hotel in Tennoji area”
The location of this hotel was only 3mins walking distance from Tennoji station (note: Exit from the Central Gate of the JR station). Several shopping centres near the hotel including Abeno Harukas, MIOS and even Don Quijote! The Deluxe rooms were really value for money; big room and toilet, many amenities provided and even a massage chair to rest our tired bodies at the end of each day! The multi-charging cables provided were super useful! Only downside was the daily wifi password change, and the use of manual lock and key system. The free amenities and refreshments provided at the lobby were great too! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay around in Tennoji area.

Great Hotel”
The hotel is very near Tennoji JR station (around 3 mins walk). The in-room facilities are great and sincere. All has been prepared that you don't need to worry such as bathing salt, contact lens liquid, shaving gel...etc. Also the bathroom, powder room and makeup room are separated. Highly recommended to the hotel. Must stay this hotel for my next time Osaka visit.

Small room but super service”
This hotel is all about location and service! The location is perfect, not too close to Tennoji Station (that you can hear noises from the busy nightlife) also not too far from Tennoji Station (that you may think about the struggle with your luggage). Receptionist is friendly, speaks fluent English and provides many useful tips. Even the room is small compared to other properties, this 3-star hotel is very well-equipped with many amenities, especially for skin-care product from famous Japanese brand like DHC, Kracie. They even have facial steamer and 2-style hair curler (Impressive). Will recommend to family and friends.

Convenient and Comfy”
Close to the Tenoji Station's North Gate area. Near a Lotteria and a Mcdonald's. Walking distance to a Family Mart &a Lawson [two most prevalent convenience stores]. There is also an inexpensive place to eat near the hotel, Yoshinoya. Though we could try the expensive food at the Hotel Bali directly. We opted for the less expensive option as per above franchise names mentioned. We stayed while it was still winter so upon entering the hotel, you are warmed up immediately by the increased temperature heating at the foyer/lobby [as compared to regular heating in other places] to get that tropical Bali feel. You also smell the scent of a spa. The room itself we stayed at has a tiny foyer. There are three rooms, one for the toilet, one for the shower/tub area, fronting this a vanity area, and lastly the bedroom itself. It is quite a challenge to maneuver 2 people at the same time in the 'hall way' of the room but we managed. There is a mini ref, a big tv, a small closet with shoes compartment. There was a tea pot, a set of teas that comes paid for with the room. Two bottles of water replenished daily if you have the room made up. The vanity area comes complete with skin care that I need. The shower and bath area is well stocked with good quality shampoo, and a well functioning shower. The toilet area has your basic Japanese complicated toilet. The hair dryer is also the good quality kind of hair dryer [the nano kind with 4 speed settings]. The bed counter has conveniently placed charger cords, you don't even need to bring out your own chargers. The tv area has a panel for USB another power socket. Turning on the TV gives you the instructions for wifi access. The bed itself is a four post bed with curtains to maintain the Bali feel. There's a floor on the hotel that allows you to use their massage chairs for free. Even without breakfast made our stay value for money.

Amazing Hotel”
This hotel almost has everything short of a pool and a gym. It has an entertainment floor where guests can play air hockey, racing arcade, tabletennis, and others. There is a lot of freebies for guests at the lobby from free pudding to a selection of bath salts. The design of course is also worth mentioning. The rooms are beautifully crafted and the entertainment system featured free movies. Lights are automated which is another plus. The location is another big winner here as it is a very short walk away from Tennoji Station. It is also near a lot of restaurants and Pachinko establishments. The only downside I can think of would be the price. Lots of freebies yet it still feels short of justifying its price. All in all, it was an amazing stay.

Excellent Service Mind and Great Location”
We don't have time to review after come back on May 2015. But, we never forget. Because, we forgot Sumsung Note 4 mobile phone & charger in room. Staffs are very nice. They tried to send back to us while we are in Tokyo already. (So far from Osaka). We would say "THANK YOU" for your kindliness. However, It is located near the Tennoji metro. Stuffs in bathroom were complete, Heaven of my wife.

My first time in Osaka and lucky I found the right hotel for the first time here, I choose King Junior Suite Non-Smoking room,the room was very nice and the most of my fav. is Bathroom. For women,in the bathroom got women's stuff like moisturizer,cleaner,etc ... At the lobby you can take anything for free bring to your room. There're so cute room and suitable and got alot of restaurants around there,the hotel near tenoji station only 2-3 mins walking,and staffs were very friendly,good english speaking, and service mind. She walked me to the hair salon and help me talk to hairstylist because they didn't speak English... Over all were great here and I had a good experience here either If I have a chance to go to Osaka again I sure come back here >.< this hotel should be more than 3 stars better than some 4.5 stars in Tokyo (Y) next time I prefer Osaka than Tokyo .... Good base to explore around Osaka”
The hotel is near Tennoji JR and Metro Station, from there you can go anywhere in Osaka. Our bathroom has a massive bathtub with jacuzzi and tv! There is also a massage chair in the room which is a great plus. The hotels facilities are great, they even have play room for children and adults. We had very nice stay there

Immediate transport to Bali”
Osaka was our last stop on a 2 week trip, and this was the perfect ending. the second you stepped through the front door, the aroma signals relaxation. All the thoughtful (and free) amenities were excellent. the room was impeccably clean and thoughtful. we especially enjoyed the massage chair and the jacuzzi tub, what a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. it's also incredibly close to the Tennoji train station, perfect location!
