Beautiful Hotel in the Middle of Nowhere”

the equatorial hotel bangi-putrajaya is located in a remote area of kuala lumpur. this provides an excellent opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and just do nothing but relax. since all rooms come with a balcony we were expecting to get a good view either of the golf course or the swimming pool but unfortunately we were assigned to a room that has no view at all. anyhow, the room was really elegant with everything you can expect from a 5-star hotel. we were satisfied with our short stay in this hotel but would think twice if we still want to come back considering its remote location to the airport and to the city center.

Beautiful place, great food, comfortable rooms”

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We had everything that we could have asked for. The food was great, the location is also great. Best place to stay if you like playing Golf. Some of the evening markets (pasar malam) are a stones throw away from the hotel. Bangi shopping complexes are also close by. The free shuttle offered by the hotel to and from Kuala Lumpur and IOI City mall makes it an ideal destination to stay in Bangi. I will.always stay here for my future trips and also suggest this hotel to everyone.

Short getaway but perfect”

beautiful hotel. Hotel Equatorial Bangi-Putrajaya is a peaceful tropical resort. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of K.L. it's the perfect place to stay. The resort pool is beautiful and the tropical gardens are well maintained. There are many birds in the gardens and the ponds are replete with fish. The low rise apartments are modern and clean and all have generous furnished balconies overlooking the pool or gardens. The beds are extremely comfortable and room service is impeccable. The food at the main restaurant is delicious and the staff at the hotel are very efficient and polite.

it was a short visit but with a very complex, compact daily schedule. the rooms were clean, well decorated, comfortable, and with all the necessary amenities. the hotel staff exceeded every opportunity to provide assistance and support for every occasion, whether daily trips to kajang for satay or scheduling golf at the nearby bangi golf club. the hotel provides daily bus service to downtown kuala lumpur for shopping, sightseeing, and nightly social activities. i highly recommend the equatorial hotel-bangi.

More Than Satisfied”

I stayed at Bangi Putrajaya to play golf, so I would have been satisfied with easy access to the golf club and good dining. Not only the hotel provided those, but it also provided friendly staff's service and free shuttle service to downtown, which made our stay quite more pleasant than what we expected. I had an issue with the drilling noise I had to deal with in the middle of night, but I would like to believe it was an isolated occasion. Overall, very nice stay, and I would like to stay at this hotel in my next visit as well.

Great hotel, nice facilities a good meeting and event venue”

I have been to this hotel quite a few times with family, and it does not fail to impress me every time we went here. My children especially loves the atmosphere and swimming pool!, but be sure to have adults watching over your own little jewels. There are no lifeguards at the swimming pool. I had quite a number of requests and preferences for the hotel room, thus the receptionist had been kind to upgrade my room as well. Which really makes me feel awesome and great with the service given by the staffs at this hotel. From concierge, security guards, sales rep, receptionist up to your server and so on. You (Bangi-putrajaya Hotel) have done a great job on training your staffs. Just keep up the good work. Meeting venue was good as well, with spacious rooms and great sales representative to assist. F& B is just average, but, if you'd like to spend on halal dim sum, you have come to one of the best hotel which offers good dim sum buffet which is all you can eat buffet at Harmoni Restaura

Enjoyable weekend, very nice and clean room”

I enjoyed staying at Bangi Resort Putrajaya, clean and the room was marvelous. Though the staff seldom smile. There's no doorman, maybe that's no door at the main entrance. My first impression when I stayed at any hotel is the doorman, you would feel welcome.

Fantastic Hotel”

I had a wonderful 3 nights stay at the Equatorial Bangi and would recommend the hotel to people I know or to anyone wanting to Go to Kuala Lumpur and has work in Putrajaya,Kajang or Bangi.

good environment to relax and stay after a work day.nice and comfortable for interior room.have a big and clean bathroom.good location to kajang,putrajaya,bangi and kuala lumpur.the hotel environment in a green area.receptionist there provide good service with a smile and fully information.there have two single bed in a room.

Old fashioned excellent hotel”

The Hotel Bangi Putrajaya (formerly Equatorial) is a well maintained, charming and somewhat old-fashioned (in a positive sense) hotel, surrounded by a lush green golf course. It is easy to reach from major highways, but far enough from traffic noise. Easy access to shopping malls through complimentary bus service or taxis. The hotel's biggest asset is their friendly and efficient staff that make you feel at home, especially if you are a frequent visitor. Definitely my top choice in the KL-Putrajaya area!

Great quaint hotel”

Great hotel on top of the hill in Bandar Baru Bangi. Our room is overlooking the pool and the golf course. However the golf course left much to be desired. the greens were not green at all. maybe because of the prolonged drought this few weeks. The room is nice and cleaned well. You get the usual suspects of a 4+ star hotel like iron&board, hair-dryer, mini bar, and tea making set. Bathroom is nice also with the usual suspects like toiletries, towels. a non-slip mat is included in the bathtub which is rare nowadays. Overall, i'm satisfied with this hotel . my only queries is why it is named Hotel Bangi-Putrajaya. why? you guys could not name it a bit more creative? why ?

Loved our stay!”

This is a great place for a relaxing get-away, and a perfect place if you play golf (more about that later). The staff was friendly and very efficient, the rooms spacious and very nice, the Saturday lunch buffet outstanding, daily breakfast buffet excellent. It's a bit far from KL but that's what makes it so peaceful! The daily shuttle bus into town is nice and punctual so that takes care of the distance. The only negative thing I can say is that our original plan was to play golf as well as see KL. The website implies that the golf course is a part of the hotel facilities but its actually not. We were there over Chinese New Year and when I enquired about playing golf, I was told that we had to have a party of three or four on holidays and weekends. When I asked if we could be paired with a single or another couple I was rather casually told no, so we didn't bring our clubs. While at the hotel, we walked over to the golf course just to take a look (lovely course). We asked the girl at the desk about playing and she said that two could play in the afternoons, no problem. SO, if you intend to p,ay golf, contact the Bangi Golf Resort directly.

Short stay in Equatorial Bangi - Putrajaya”

The 1 night stay in Equatorial Bangi - Putra jaya has been very enjoyable and relaxing. It totally fitted into my purpose of going somewhere not too far from the city but yet relaxing for a long weekend. Apart from that, the Saturday buffet served at Kampachi restaurant which is in the hotel itself provides very quality and tasty food. In term of the room rate and price of food, it is very reasonable and affordable for the quality you are getting. Overall, it is a good deal for people who are looking for a relaxing places to go which is not too far from Kuala Lumpur city.

We have always enjoyed staying at Hotel Bangi Putrajaya and we enjoyed this time also. We were a bit disappointed that the Chinese Restaurant does not remain open at night. We have had some lovely dinner there before. Can something be done? The rooms above the aircondition compressors are not comfortable with noise of that is transmitted up from the compressors running 24/7.

Value for money, clean, comfortable”

The charge is surprisingly cheap for a hotel with rooms well-furnished with solid furnitures. These days u usually get similarly priced hotels with skimpy furnitures made of chipboard. I have sensitive skin and nose, but th bed was nicely fragrant and I didn't get any rash, thank God My friends and I also happened to enjoy their buffet at Funtasia cafe. I love your choc gelato and thank God for ice cream churners instead of the typical store-bought boxes of icecream! Hot food was normal as per usual 4-star hotel Most importantly it is well isolated from the hustle and bustle of Bandar Baru Bangi despite being pretty near distant-wise granting me peaceful and quiet night Would certainly return

Nice Hotel”

the hotel room is nice and clean. in the room come with a nice tv with nice toilet. the children enjoyed the swimming poool as the children's pool is quite decent. they have a lot of fun. the food for the breakfast is also very nice and a lot of variety too. as for driving, there are many car pak lots for paking so unlike some hotels which have not enough car park slots, here you will find no problem at all.it is near putrajaya too. so it was an enjoyable stay with Equatorial Bangi.

i like to stay in this hotel because it is far from the traffic jam and near from putrajaya and universities like malaysia national university, putra university, usim, and other educational campus. it is also not so far from kuala lumpur.

Comfortable hotel”

I have stayed at the Equatoriol, now Hotel Bangi Putrajaya, many times, Fo good reasons. It has maintained it leisurely friendly atmosphere. Food is ok and reasonably priced. Easy to reach from KL airport KLIA and KLIA2.
