traveled with my family (in total 6) and opted for the Banister. the connecting two rooms are too small for a a family like ours. good enough for max 3 occupancy but surely not 6. price for the 3.5* place more than 400$ a night. 100-150$ max would be a reasonable price.

Great boutique hotel ”

I can highly recommend this little hotel. The staff go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Sure they may be missing a gymnasium but there’s so much walking to do in Kyoto that more than makes up for it. The other tiny nuisance was language barriers including everything being labeled in Japanese. The staff helped out with this. Would be nice to have some English channels on the TV. But again, that’s a minor issue.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. It is 800m from Kyoto station. Very clean and newly developed. Cafe downstairs serves amazing pizzas. Excellent service provided by staff. Would love to stay here anytime we will visit Kyoto again :)

Quite a walk from Kyoto station. 15 mins approx. But a nice sight to see school children walking neatly to school every morning. Friendly staff. Near Toji temple. If you are there on 21st of each month, do visit the morning flea market at Toji. Room is big and clean. Supermarts nearby.

TOTO揃えの風呂が良い”

彼女と2人で訪れました。表題の通り、お風呂がシステマチックで広く湯量が十分あるため快適で素晴らしいです。部屋は十分広く快適に過ごせますが枕元に机がないため自分で移動させる必要があります。駅からは少し歩きますが京都水族館も近いので次の日行動しやすいです。朝食はソーセージがおいしいですが量が少ないです。コーヒーは深入りのようでとてもおいしいです。空調もすぐ効きハンガーも十分、アメニティも豊富でした。次回もリピートしたいと思うホテルでした。おすすめです。

原本訂這間酒店的原因是因為他有停車場提供,訂購入住三天時亦已確定有停車場車位,可是入住後他只提供一天車位使用, 最後我們仍然要自己尋找車位及格外畀停車費用！另外check in時以提供房間給我們, 當行李擺放好後突然服務員要求我們轉房,原因係呢間係高級客房不是留給我們, 最後將我們轉到隔離的客房！另外同行朋友的一間客房, 浴室冇熱水供應, 當時是晚上十點多, 服務員上房修理了接近一個半鐘頭, 最後才發現原來熱水供應被lock咗！本人在此聲明以上資料句句屬實,絕對不建議任何人等入住此酒店！

교토에서는 지역 세금도 붙어서 그런지 2박에 53만원 정도로 묵었습니다. 더 나은 숙소에서 반값 가격에 묵었던지라 가성비가 떨어진다고 느껴지네요ㅠㅠ

位置一般，服务一般，不是太推荐”

活动价入住，入住时告知预定价不含房间清扫费，所以入住期间不会打扫卫生。如果是民宿，就比较理解，但是Hotel我不太理解还有额外清扫费之说。另外在东京湾三晚洲际酒店共收了每晚300共900税费。该酒店住了两晚共收了1200还是1600税费，不知道收费标准，是不是京都的酒店税费特别高？有中国服务员，会中文这点比较方便，但就服务本身来说，对比其他在日本的酒店也比较一般。不太推荐入住。

位置离京都站稍远，步行约10分钟”

房间很大，设备齐全，离铁道比较近会听到噪音和鸟叫。退房时候还要额外收取一人200元的税，只能现金支付。订单中显示含税了，这在其他酒店没有遇到过，入住时候有要求隔天打扰房间，但并没有。
