We stayed here for three days the hotel is very clean and located at a short walk to champs Elysees the rooms are decent size and the best part of it was Jasmine at the front desk she is very polite and helpful she guided us and always enetetained outr request couldn't find anything wrong with the hotel or the staff

Location of the hotel is great 10 mins walk from loui vuittion shop/champ eleyses. The room is spacios and clean. Good quality of towels. The staff are friendly. Jasmin at the from office is very helpful and she is taking extra mile to fulfilled our request. Breakfast was good and attentive staff. The only thing are missing are the mini refrigerator and coffee machines n the room.

Very disappointed ”
checked in last night at Hotel Bassano in Paris and I must say, I am very disappointed. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, we could hardly get our luggage into the elevator. I was supposed to work from the hotel but my laptop could not connect to the internet!! My phone keeps disconnecting from the internet! I booked 3 nights but I am afraid I have to leave after one night as I am very unhappy with the standard of the hotel.

Great hotel in Paris for tourism with young kids”
The best part about Hotel Bassano is their beautiful rooms. We had a family room with a tub and it was great. L'Occitane soaps, new towels. Location is also very good as it is walking distance (12 mins) to the Arc d'Triomphe and 15 mins to the Trocadero and 20 mins to the Eiffel tower. Breakfast was also good. Excellent friendly staff. Now the parts I wish could have been better are: - parking is a block away at an underground structure that requires someone from the hotel to go with you to open the door. That's super inconvenient not to mention one block becomes several blocks due to the one way streets. And parking was €29/night! - same breakfast every single day. We stayed 3 nights and wished for something new. - breakfast area is small so after 8am, becomes full fast and you need to wait.

I would go back and the hotel was lovely . The room was bigger than I thought it would be so central in Paris . My only comment is the bed , the mattress on my partners side dipped and was uncomfortable for him. But everything else was great

very friendly welcome staff , great location very close to George V metro , it will be great if they provide each room daily two bottles of water (they provide daily only one small bottle) as there is no mini mart close to the hotel

Near Champs-Elysees, Good Location and Pretty Clean Hotel”
Hotel is near Champs-Elysees. For Shoppers, Louis Vuitton is a 7-8 min walk away. Hotel is also minutes walk away from the various Subways. Its a 5 min walk to the Arc De Triomphe. Room was Neat and Tidy and Clean. Toilet had a bath tub and shower facilities and pretty new.
