I’d love to, of course, visit again”
We already stayed in Paris for a month, we choose this hotel since we thought Opera area is easy to go any places. I don’t really trust google map’s review in Paris. I totally don’t get why this amazing place has only with 3.6 star rating.. Hotel is clean, staffs are absolutely nice(they always ask if we need something), location perfect. We will definitely come back again! Thank you so much

I strongly recommend this hotel”
we travel a lot, and we are always looking for place clean and it has to be great location to save our time. We never tried vintage vibes, but it was so cozy and feels like home to us. It was all perfect while staying this hotel, especially staff are super nice. I am sure it will be a great choice if you decide to stay here.

In total just perfect!”
It’s a small sweet hotel in ceter of paris. So perfectly located, that you can get a small rest during the trip. AND! The staffs are local people, who is always willing to help the guests. I really really enjoyed my staying in hotel and to be honest, it was the best part during my journey in Paris. Merci a tout!! Louis ;)

Central, cosy, great value for money ”
The hotel is very cosy with a touch of vintage style. It’s not modern, not fancy, but still a great value for money with excellent central location. And the beds are sooo comfy - the most important part! It was the perfect choice for my city visit as I literally spent 8 hours in the room just to sleep. The staff is also very attentive and helpful.

Excellent, Central, No Frills, Quiet & Clean”
An excellent, older style spotlessly clean hotel. Comfortable bed, all you need, Good Wifi, Very friendly staff, walking distance to the Louvre, Palais Royal, Madeleine and 4 metro stops. It's the centre for Japanese restaurants and cafes.

Lovely hotel, great location, wonderful service.”
From start to finish everything about our stay was wonderful. The Opera district is a great location with many of the major attractions and the Metro within easy walking distance. The area itself is well worth exploring as it is filled with many shops, cafes, restaurants, historical sites and small parks. We flew in and out of Charles DeGaulle airport and there is non-stop bus service (Roissy Bus) between the airport and the Opera House for 10 euros each way. Probably the best bargain in Paris. It was a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to the Hotel Baudelaire.

excellent hotel, staff, location, small room”
the room we had looks out onto a courtyard that is really silent, yet you are in the heart of paris near the opera and the louvre in the japan/ korean restaurant area. in november the air coming in the open window was cool and moist and wonderful to sleep to. not sure what summer would be like. the room is small but really well kept and clean and the bed is excellent although almost larger than the rest of the room. the bathroom is small but nicely done and clean. the staff are unbelievably helpful in english french and who knows how many other languages.

Great location, lovely room”
we entered our little parisian room and loved it immediately. the boarded ceilings, wall lamps and marble bathroom made it feel very french but not ott. the english speaking reception staff member was extrememly helpful, but the french speaking one not as much, she just brushed us when we asked a question. there were flies in the room, but when we opened the window, they left. the bed was really comfortable and the location was near the opera house, and everything in walking distance really. we walked past the louvre, over the seine river, through saint germaine, to the eiffel tower, through the champs elysees all in about 8 hours, so it's doable.

Great location (near Garnier Opera)”
this is a hotel very well located. you are at walking distance of many main attractions, notably, opera garnier, la seine , louvres museum. the hotel is on a calm street and very close to many nice restaurants. for business travelers, it is worth to mention that the wifi connection is fast and reliable. bed was small but room was ok. the price was reasonable.

Location and service with a smile”
Hotel Baudelaire is a small hotel with tiny rooms. However the service is great and the staff are friendly, extremely helpful and all spoke english. The bathroom amenities were clean. It was on a street with plenty of food options. Mainly Sushi and Asian food. We had dinner 1 night across the road form the hotel. It was French cuisine and delicious. The hotel was walking distance to everything. We went when the Tour de france was on, (not planned) and it was the best time to travel. Everything was buzzing and crowds were to bad. Except for the Eiffel tower. Only thing for me was no breakfast included. But we went to a starbucks 5-7mins walk away. Otherwise there are plenty off bakeries and sandwich shops around. You really are spoilt for choice.

A Hotel with a Soul !”
A Quiant little hotel, pinched inside the small bylanes of paris, here is a hotel run by a British lady & her kids, along with an amazing staff. We stayed in room 41,their rooms are very tiny, however their washrooms are nice and well sized. While we dint eat at the hotel, this place is so centrally located, you are a walk away from some amazing eateries and shopping places. The staff is extremely helpful should you need any assistance for sight seeing or booking your cab.Their service makes up for any deficiency you may notice in the hotel.

Hotel at Little Tokyo in Paris ”
Rue Sainte Anne, the street on which the hotel is located is almost Litte Tokyo in Paris, so I would not recommend this hotel to someone who wants to enjoy Parisien atmosphere. But in fact the location is very nice, we can visit by foot to many tourist spots like Opera, Louvre, Madelaine, etc. In this regard, the price was very reasonable

Quaint Boutique Type Hotel close to the Louvre”
Conviently located with lots of restaurants/sightseeing nearby. A great place to use as a base for coming and going, but not the lavish kind of hotel where you'll want to spend lots of time hanging out in the room. The elevator is antique and looks like it should come with an attendant- very rustic and big enough for only two or three people. The rooms are average size for Europe but small by most American standards. Bed was very comfortable. Carpet is a bit old but clean. Spiral staircase and about four rooms per floor.

location perfect but rooms too small”
No tea/coffee making facilities.Location cannot be faulted-5mins to opera ,10 mins to louvre.Cafes galore in area.Rooms much too small but it is the centre of Paris after all

amazing location, staff were like family. ”
So helpful. Only improvement could be tea and coffee facilities in room. Laundry service would also be great but for the price this place is sensational. I will be back!

Nice old hotel in center of Paris”
i stayed 3 nights at this hotel and i used the room only for sleep. the room was rather small and had a single bed, but that was ok. the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was small but functional. the shower head was mounted too high on the wall, so showering had to be done with the shower head in my hand. i did not know that the hotel had breakfast because agoda did not show this option. all in all i am satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Petite Hotel with good location, tiny rooms.”
I chose to stay at this hotel at the last minute for the price and it's location near the Opera House and the other attractions like the "Louvre". Infact the Musee D'Orsay is a walkable distance away. I was disappointed by the room size and likened it to a bedsit. The Shower was tiny and old with the wash basin unit seemingly knocked together by a handyman. The room insulation was poor and simply talking at night caused the room next door to knock on the walls to signal their displeasure. One evening we had no hot water and a cold shower made the mediocre bed seem comfortable which it wasn't. Regret staying here, probably the worst hotel of at least 50 hotels around the world I've ever stayed in.

rooms are small but functional, we took the 3 person with the bouble bed up the spiral starcase and the single at the bottom. it worked well for us.
