Small room close to Sacre Coeur”
The room is small and the bathroom is ridiculously tiny. But the facilities in the room are good, there is also a big window with a lot of natural light. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and helpful. There is no fridge. Located between Moulin Rouge and Gare du Nord, but far enough not to have weird croud around.

Good place for Montmatre”
Less than one block to Sacre-Coeur. Convenient store right in front. McDonald's not far. You must leave room key at recep every time you go out, I thought this was strange at first but after staff's explanation that this was to keep non-guests from entering into guest rooms, I was quite satisfied as Montmatre was not really safe for tourists.

Budget Option”
The good. Close to the Montmartre Funicular, and the Anvers metro station. The shower also has the best water pressure. I also paid seventy per night during Christmas. What you may not like. Rooms are like a budget motel that hasn't been updated since the 60's or 70's. No a/c for those of you traveling in summer. Better to not look at the interior rooms view, not much to see. If you can live with those caveats, then not a bad place. If traveling alone a hostel would be a better option IMO.

Basic but ideal”
This is the second time I have stayed here. I love the location, 5 mins from the sacre coeur and Montmartre in one direction and 5 mins from Anvers metro and the rest of Paris in the other. The hotel is basic for a 3 star and the rooms are not as big as the UK but for a comfy bed and powerful hot shower at the end of a day I couldn't ask for more. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I will be back

the hotel rooms were very spacious (for Paris) and very clean. we enjoyed the stay a lot and thought the staff were lovely. there was a maid that cleaned our hotel every single day and there also was an elevator. wifi was free but the username/password need to be changed every 24 hours. overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay and would def. recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to paris. the hotel was literally minutes away from the sacre coeur and a 10-15 min walk from moulin rouge (pigalle / red light district).

Info: - Couple: (m30,f25), Asian - Stay: Beginning of January, 2 nights, no breakfast - Room: Floor 1, double-bed PROS + affordable & quite clean (basic setup) + friendly & English speaking staff + good and free wifi (at least on floor 1) + enough power outlets in the room Great location + close to Sacré Coeur + close to Gare du Nord (ca 1,1 walking distance, 1 metro station http://goo.gl/maps/K3Eca) + close to Metro stations Anvers/Barbès - Rochechouart (250-350m http://goo.gl/maps/cfGXT) + close to supermarket DIA (ca. 60m) + close to McDonalds/snackbar if required (open until 11pm) CONS - late/delayed check-in (4pm instaed of 3pm) because of maid running late-> no problem for us, spend nice late late at "Creperie Broceliande" - breakfast corner looked very simple -> no problem as we didn't book breakfast - shower cabin had a low profile and shower curtains were to short -> water spilling - shower curtain had slightly moldy -> looked a bit nasty but ignored it - top bedcover was a bit stained -> no problem as we only used the daily switch bed sheets below - area looks a bit dodgy with street seller/junk shop (on the way from Gare du nord to the hotel) but edges close to the nicer Montmartre Area CONCLUSION - Rather a 2-star than a 3-star hotel - Basic but clean, affordable hotel with necassary amenities - Great location to Sacré Coeur/metro stations -> Yes, would return again

Great location and staff, comfortable rooms”
My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. We felt the location was perfect. Just walk a few, short blocks to the metro and then you can get to any of the main attractions. We enjoyed the hotel itself as well. The staff was friendly, professional, helpful to our needs and understood English. The room was dark and small; but we liked it. The bed wasn't super comfortable; but it was definitely comfortable enough for sleeping soundly after a long day of sightseeing. The room was cleaned every day and the shampoo, etc. was replenished as well. The hotel was quiet as was the street on which the hotel sat. Note that there are many restaurants nearby for dinner but not as many as one would expect. We cannot comment on the hotel's breakfast as we set out early each morning to a place a few blocks from the hotel, along the main street. We were very happy with our stay and, when we return to Paris sometime again, this hotel will be first on our list. We liked it and recommend it.

location and price is right”
Being in Paris where accommodation is super expensive, bellevue comes out as bargain, considering its location pretty much next door to sacre cour, and a very nice neighborhood with a lot of cafe and sandwich / bread shop around, and of course shopping place just around the street corner if you go on weekend. It's just a short 10 min walks to major train station (gare du nord / paris), right smack in the middle, 3 minutes walk to nearby metro station. Room itself is tiny, clean, no aircon (could be a problem duirng summer), it was end of summer when we go, so no issue, we just open the windows, no loud noise / traffic noise it's located in a quiet street. Free wifi with good speed, although no breakfast in our price, but food can be found around the area. Do note that check in time is at 3PM unlike most other hotel at 1PM, we arrived at 1PM, can't early check in, but at least hotel kept our bag until check in time. All in all, nice tiny hotel in nice location, with reasonable price.

Great Location, The hotel is in the North of Paris at 10 minutes walk of Gare du Nord, 5 minutes of Metro Barbes Rouchuard or Metro Anvers. Very easy to go any where in Paris from there. The hotel staff was very helpfull during my stay. Not to miss the visit of Le sacre Coeur at 5 minutes walk of the Hotel Bellevue. Hotel was clean and well manage during my stay. Good Wifi internet access in the Lobby.

Although the room is small, the environment around this hotel is very convenience. The hotel building is classic, with a balcony. the price is relatively cheap compared to the same quality of hotels in Paris. The classic night cafes are within walking distance from the hotel.

I booked a last-minute evening at the hotel because I needed to use some Agoda rewards before they expired. After reading some bad reviews, I considered re-booking to another hotel, but the service proved adequate. I am not sure if I would have appreciated shelling out a hundred dollars for the evening (their usual rate) but the voucher made it more affordable. Very clean, very large rooms for Paris. Steps away from the Sacre Coeur church. A courtyard room might be quieter than facing streetside, but you will probably still hear room neighbors because there doesn't appear to be any soundproofing in the walls.

It was a comfort to find this hotel in Paris, one of the expensive cities around, that was just right for its price - and near transport, major attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and ready to give instructions and advice on the sites of paris. can't wait to come back.
