Simple hotel”
Well designed bedrooms
The bedroom was pleasant and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stylish, however there was no water (hot or cold) running from the shower faucet. The breakfast was simple but adequate, although understaffed. The employees were very helpful. The location is a bit distant from the main tourist attractions and the airport.

Good service and food
friendly staffs and nice food.we spent 5 nights in this hotel without any problems. it is very close to moolchand station and only takes you 5 mins walking, which is very convenient to all attractions such as lotus temple and kutab minar. i strongly recommend this hotel as your first choice in south delhi.

Daarligt hotel, virkelig daarlig service!! ”
Godt vaerelse!
Vi ankom med hoeje forventninger til hotellet. Allerede ved tjek-in kunne vi fornemme at det ville blive et problematisk ophold. Der var virkelig daarlig service og de var slet ikke villige til at hjaelpe os paa nogen som helst maader i receptionen. hjemmeside havde de reklameret med fitnesscenter, hvilket de ikke havde. Og de paastod at de aldrig havde haft det. Da jeg klagede til agoda blev oplysningerne med det samme fjernet fra agodas hjemmeside. Meget mystisk! Fik aldrig nogen forklaring paa dette. Vi spurgte om hjaelp til at tanke vores indiske simkort op. Gav dem 500 rupees, og de ville ordne det med det samme. Der gik 3 dage og adskillige diskussioner foer, der blev tanket 250 rupees op og vi fik resten udbetalt igen i kontanter. de blev ved med at paastaa at de lige skulle bruge en dag mere, at butikken var lukket, at der var ekstra service charge paa simkortet mm. Generelt rigtig daarlig stemning og behandling! Eneste gode var at vaerelset var godt. Og maden i restauranten var god. Dog saa vi flere gange mus der loeb ud fra koekkenet. Da vi skulle tjekke ud skulle vi gennem en laengere diskussion ang de penge vi havde givet for opfyldning af simkort, samt busbilletter de skulle booke for os. Hvilket de ikke havde gjort!!
