The room was very big, and the facilities were superb. You can borrow items like gel, wax and certain brands of shampoo e.g. botanist. The bathtub is also very big and you are provided with bath salts and bubbles if you like. There is a microwave in the room which makes it very convenient. Included was a large smart TV where you can watch YouTube, air purifier and humidifier. Room service is very convenient and the food was good.

Suite had lots of room and very clean and beautiful. Almost everything you need is provided. Room service was prompt and affforable. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again if traveling to Osaka. They provide free pocket Wifi for a returned deposit and also have luggage storage on sit.

A nice hotel with a large room, which is very rare for Japan. A jacuzzi bath, plenty of toiletries and plenty of convenience stores and food options nearby. Very good value for money imo.

I would recommend this hotel in Osaka. I surprised when I walked into the room, the room is very large (for this price) the beautiful, and convenient room compared to the another hotels in Osaka and large city in Japan. The staff are kindness, polite, and well English speaking. Location is near to the station, the distance is about 10 minutes walk. If I visit Osaka again, this hotel will be my first choice.

The best hotel room that I ever had on my 9 days trip in Japan. If I go Osaka again, I will definitely go back to stay. Near by got Aeon Supermarket. I don't mind to walk 8 mins to hotel from subway station.

Love hotel becomes regular hotel”
I didnt understand why this hotel had a 1.5 star rating. Its spacious and has everything you could want in a room plus more and its complimentary. I found out from friends who have been to Japan that its labeled it love hotel. I guess people in Japan go there to have sex. Not sure why that matters, in America any hotel can be considered a love hotel then. It was very clean, the service was great, only thing that was kind of weird was the constant insence smell in the hallway and front desk area, but its better than smelling stink. I would definitely stay there again. I really liked that hotel. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness because american friends were scaring me but honestly i thought it was very clean, everyday, and the staff were very kind and helpful. And i had my daughter and wife with me, i didnt feel uncomfortable or worry about their safety once til after friends were trying to sway me on the location. Give this place a shot you wont be disappointed at all, and the price👌

10 min by walk to local train station, then 2 stops to main Osaka transport hub. Convience shops around. Biggest bed, room and bathroom I had during 3 weeks in Japan. Free amenities, luxury cosmetic lotions, creams. Coffee, tea, water, tea pot in room. No breakfast service. Partly serve as love hotel, but do not worry it is far far away from redlight district hotels. I fully recomend this place mainly for comfort and fair price.

A little bit far if you are using JR pass - if you are using subway it is a little bit better of the walk from the station to the hotel. Staff is very nice. The free pocket wi-fi with deposit is a plus of the hotel. Amenities are great with the spa in bathroom, compliment water and tea kettles for your hot water, plus microwave if you need to use it. I just wish that the second time when I return to the hotel they gave me the upper level room as I have requested when I booked. 1st time they did give me the upper level room but the second time they don't. Even though I have requested upper level room and non-smoking room.

Great place for lovers at the price for travellers!”
The room was wide, clean and elegant, with a big bed, table and a huge TV (with VoD and adult videos too). The bathtub has jacuzzi and a small TV with it. I requested for some romantic arrangements and they even put a vibr****. Hair driers, curlers, and a variety of cosmetic (tester size) are also available in the room. All for a price only a little higher than that of a capsule or hostel! I can say it's very worth your money. The only down side is the place is a little far from the station, or even farther from the center, but if you don't mind having to walk a little it's totally ok. The food is worth mentioning too, you can stay at your room and have delicious food brought to your room door at a reasonable price. Also you can have a free drink (soft/cocktail) served at your room right after checkin.

A little out of the way if you're taking public transport but everything else was great - bigger rooms than the typical Japanese hotel, really friendly staff, immaculately clean and well worth the price you pay. Only and personally I love the jacuzzi bathtub!
