Fantastic accommodation, location and the best breakfast in Europe”
I can't say enough about Hotel Berna, the best place we stayed in the 6 weeks we spent in Europe. I'm in a wheelchair and if you can managed a small number of stairs and can stand in the lift (too small for wheelchair unless folded) this is perfect location for people with some accessibility needs. Clean, comfortable accommodation, with adjoining rooms for our children. Close to accessible public transport, fabulous restaurant next door and a huge breakfast buffet with gluten free options (just ask and they will bring GF breads biscuits muffins etc). Milan break”
Location excellent - near main rail station and Metro. Metro was 4 stops from Duomo. Hotel clean. Staff very polite and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Room was small but perfectly adequate 1st floor R105. Shower hot and powerful. Complimentary soft drinks in fridge. Breakfast was very good. Some nice bars/restaurants/ cafes nearby. Would definitely use again.

Good location and comfortable room”
We booked and stayed in the annex building. It was very clean and room was good. The bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The only issue with my room was the hot water, which the hotel staff allowed us to use another room for a hot water bath. Apart from this, if I had to come back to Milan, I would still stay here. The breakfast was also a big big spread with so many different yogurts to choose from along with other pastries and breads and cheese.

Great Hotel with even greater Staff”
My stay at the Berna Hotel was just excellent. Very close to Central Station - 3-4min walk, The room was big and very comfortable, all we needed was inside. Very nice option to have possibility of choosing pillows or room temperture via MyPage before our arrival. That was my Mother's birthday trip and she felt so special in this Hotel. Great place to stay with a very good selection for breakfast! Place was spotless and staff was friendly. Only 5 mins walk from Milano Centrale. Windows don’t insulate well but the little noise didn’t bother us. I really recommend!

Very friendly front desk staff Luca, who gave me a lot of informative suggestions about fun sites to visit in Milan. Hotel is small, but pretty clean, location is very convenient, close to all types of transportation, Central station (for rail road, and shuttle bus to airport), subway train line #2, 3, and a number of bus/tram routes to city center famous touring sites.

Beautiful hotel with great staff. Everyone is attentive and helpful. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Their room menu app about kind of pillows, bed configuration, free drinks, room temp, robes were asked thru email and was prepared even before we arrived. Its so impressive! We slept so well. Great hotel with fantastic staff”
We thoroughly enjoyed our few nights stay at Hotel Berna while on a visit to Milan. Room was spacious, comfortable and had all the necessities. Staff was very friendly, professional and kind. On the first day receptionist gave us the city map and pointed locations and routes on it what is worth visiting. Breakfast had a great variety of choice and was very tasty. Being so close to the station is very handy too if you're going to catch a train to/from other cities. Thank you Hotel Berna, we loved staying with you!

We highly recommend this property to travelers who would want to stay at the city center. The hotel is just a stone throw away from the metro station and has access to nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The staff were all friendly and courteous. The neighborhood looked safe and quiet.

Excellent Accommodations and Service”
The room was extremely spacious and clean, 5 minutes from Centrale station which is very convenient. Service was top notch with gracious hotel staff who always had a smile on their face and were willing to help out with our requests. Not to mention the small things such as having drinks available in the minibar for our consumption, as well as a cute rubber duckie for baths. It’s the small things that matter.

One of the greatest choices in Milan!!! The first impression was excellent due to its location, close to Milano Centrale station. The area is full of coffee shops and restaurants .It is also very close to Buenos Aires street market and 25min walking distance to Duomo.The second impression was exceptional, due to the politeness, kindness and welcome behavior of the friendly reception staff. The front desk client was so professional ( many compliments). The superior room was fantastic,very comfortable ,clean,with supplies of coffee machine ,biscuits, candies,an amazing king size bed with a super relaxing mattress and a lovely heated bathroom.WiFi is top quality. Breakfast buffet was huge with a wide variety of cold and hot options ( delicious scrambled eggs...,various croissants and free lactose products.Superb!! There was a covered parking on an extra cost of 25 euros per day.The only obligation is to leave your car key at the front desk. Be prepared for high city tax: 5eur pp

Train station is just few minutes away from the hotel. Hotel is very clean. The front desk staffs are very professional and helpful. My first time to Milan and 1 of the staff there (forgot to take note of his name) actually showed me the map and patiently guided me which tourist spots to visit and how to go. Really a very good experience there! Will definitely go back if I m back to Milan!

Immaculate Room Close to Milano Centrale”
We only spent one night, but highly recommend this lovely hotel. The staff were so welcoming from the moment we stepped into the hotel. The room is spotless and the bathroom is perfect. The little welcome rubber duck put a smile on our faces. There were slippers and other luxurious touches. It was steps away from Milano Centrale and 3 subway stops from the Duomo. Easy peasy. Lovely breakfast. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This is a very nice 4-star hotel about a 5 minute walk from the Central Station. The lobby and room were exceptionally clean, the Air Conditioning was strong (and much needed in July) and all the staff were helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast to boot.
