The Room was not that what was shown in Agoda. ”
The Staff mentioned that Agoda didn't update the photos properly and therefore the problem. As a customer sitting in another city, the only selection I can make is by looking at the photo and if it is not the true picture, my selection will go wrong!

Dirty bed sheet, smelly teapot, no coffee sachets, smelly cigarettes smoke filled room when asked for non smoking room while booking. Wired for 45 mins for the room at the lobby and then was told that it would take another 45 minutes. Very unprofessional and costly. Do not book this hotel. There are tons of good hotels there

Value for money for a budget hotel”
I booked my room through Agoda and I knew from the deal that breakfast was not included. But whether the free Airport transfers were available or not, within the deal, was not clear. I came to know that they would charge me INR 500 for the Airport transfer on the last day only. They should put the deal clearly when somebody is booking their rooms through AGODA. Direct booking and AGODA booking prices & deals are not the same as it seems. They didn't answer my enquiry (through e-mai). l found the staff helpful. I feel, for the booking transparency and e-mail communication, the hotel management should do something like training up their staff. Adjacent restaurant was simply fantastic. The food was great and I would say it is good value for money. The location is good too. I will definitely choose this hotel if I happen to come to Andheri again.

UK solo traveller”
As a female solo traveller my stay was perfect. I am very big on hygiene and after a couple of requests for sheets to br changed and toilet cleaned I can say it met my requirements. I basically got what I paid for a cheap hotel with all.my necessary requirements. I would defiantly recommend to friends travelling.

Horrible staffs, service, internet and food!”
Horrible staffs first and foremost. The guy works at night don't know that they are affiliated in agoda and asked me to pay $200 in the reception. I gave him the agoda voucher but did not acknowledge it. Wasted my 30 minutes fighting and almost missed my flight! He only stopped when his coworker confirmed that they are affiliated with agoda. Seriously? What kind of management is this? Food is very horrible! Wifi not working! Staff always knock on your door, morning, after and evening to check if everything is ok. And that's so unnecessary! I can't rest because they always knock and disturb my rest! HORRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE STAFFS. All of them don't know what they are doing. The manager and staff in morning charge me 500 for airport service. When I checkout and this guy at night asked me to pay 800. Overcharging! All of them don't know what they are doing! Always scamming. There should be standard price for services they offer. Obviously they just give the price what they want and vary from staff to staff. Please stay away!
