Perfect location ”
Hotel is in the perfect location for walking to Louvre Museum and metro stations. Also it was close to restaurants and patisseries and markets. Breakfast area, secret garden place, rooms were also nice. We just had problem with air conditioning but they solved it with electric heater which was enough to heat the room and we were comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel with the human touch”
I loved hotel bienvenue: it's a super cute boutique hotel with a little known but utterly delicious restaurant to boot. Located in the 9th ARR it's well placed for fun and games - as well as being close to the Eurostar. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good for the price”
This hotel is well located: it is near two metro stations of different lines and Opera is withing a walking distance. Since the metro system is highly developed in Paris, you can go anywhere from the two stations. Also, the hotel is clean and is staff is kind enough. I'm satisfied with my stay in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for tourists who only sleep in a hotel room at night.

Friendly, charming, great value for money”
This charming hotel is a hidden jewel. It does not cost much by Parisian standards, yet it is very well located and a cozy place to stay in. Breakfast was lovely with typical good quality coffee (or hot chocolate), orange juice and fresh French pastries. The garden behind the hotel is a definite plus and all the staff is courteous and even fun. The room was very clean and I felt safe in this neighbourhood, a microcosm between Barbes-Rochechoard and Opera close to Cadet underground station. Warmly recommend and will definitely return.

great location kind staffs”
Charming small hotel three minuts walk from Metro Cadet station. 2nd time stay in 10 years still maintains the same good quality services despite the unbeatable budget price. Lobby was renovated last year and looks nicer and warmer than before and I liked it. Breakfast is simple but good enough and the waitress serving the breakfast for you welcomes you with a nice big smile and makes you happy, a rare charm hard to find in this class of hotels. You can take your breakfast to nice small garden in the back of the main building if weather is nice, unfortunately it was very cold and raining days during my stay. Single room I stayed is small but nice and bathroom was very clean. However, they still keeps a very old fashioned cozy elevator, only capable of carrying one person and a large suitcase or two persons without luggage - a minus you should know if you are traveling in a large group. On the last day, I had to check out very early in the morning to catch a train from Gare D'Est and asked manager if they can serve a breakfast a little bit earlier than regular serving hours and he kindly said OK. Even made a wake up call to alert me ( I did not ask for it), a small thing but very thoughtful gesture I liked. Overall I recommend to this hotel.

Well price boutique hotel”
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is well located close to Rue des Martyrs, which is a fantastic strip of cafes and shops, was comfortable and well appointed for the price point. The area felt quite 'local' rather than touristy (which we loved) and is close to Gare de Nord, which was perfect for a quick weekend trip from London. Highly recommended!

French Style Chic & Charm In Cadet”
I booked the hotel on the basis of the pictures that reflected its french style & chic and certainly wasn't disapointed in that respect. The check in/out & the staff throughout my stay were extremely helpful and, for my purposes it was perfect. It's close proximaty to Cadet Metro station also gained easy access to all the Paris sightseeing spots. Plus, booking through Agodo represented great value for money given its central yet peaceful locale.

Good hotel for short stopovers”
Nice enough hotel when you enter the small foyer area but somewhat chaotic! the open area near the smallest lift ever manufactured (one person and one suitcase squashed together is the most that will fit in this lift ... or send your suitcase up on its own and follow by stairs!) had a bidet/toilet (I guess waiting to be installed somewhere) and pushchair stored there for the duration of my stay, as this is a common area, it might have been better if these items had been stored out of sight rather than looking like a storage/building area. Pretty garden area where you can sit outside The first room I was given had no toilet flushing facilities and the only way to get the toilet to flush was by opening the water lever which then flooded the bathroom. When I advised the reception staff, the chap claimed that they knew this room had a problem and incredously asked me if this was a problem for me .... ummm that would be a yes given I couldn't use the toilet! I was then told I would be moved to another room and the cleaning lady would arrive with a key ... 10 mins past and nothing and I had to trek down to reception to ask what was happening. The chap advised me that they were moving me to a room on the floor below that they had available (same type of room exactly) that had full working bathroom facilities which resulted in me asking why I had not been put in that room in the first place if they already knew that the room they initially put me in, had issues?! (no response) The furnishings in all rooms are extremely basic and tired as are the decorations and small and support the 1-2 star status this hotel has. The most basic of single beds that was not comfortable. The bathroom was clean and good. Overall, fairly good value for money, although would not chose this hotel for longer than a 2 night stay and don't expect too much in terms of comfort (rooms). The hotel is centrally located and near to the Opera area and shops/restaurants.

best location - small room ”
This hotel is in the city center from here you can walk to almost any tourist attraction or go to the metro station two blocks away. The elevator only fits one or two people and looks like a cage but it worked fine The room was small but enough for a backpacker Free breakfast and wifi lobby was bigger than other hotels in the area, so it is a good starting point for a group rooms are a bit old and may not seem very clean, but i did not have any problems the hotel may have the doors closed after midnight, so make sure you know let someone know you are going out or make some noise! Hotels in paris are expensive so this one was in line with others I saw

Very good”
I really wanted to love this hotel, as I've stayed at their other establishments, but it's all good looks and no substance. Beautifully designed hotel, but at a closer look you can tell that it was done on the cheap. The walls had pencil marks all over it, bathroom shower was broken and black paint was coming off the handles. There was a big gap at the front door, so you can see light outside from coming in, and walls were paper paper thin, so you can hear everything! Bar fridge was not working and there were only 2 hooks on the wall to hang your jackets but no hangers or space for clothes. The bed was also two single beds pushed together, with separate linen. I was a solo traveler so this didn't bother me, but I can see how a couple would be annoyed by this if they were expecting a double bed. It's a good looking small hotel and the staff is lovely, location is also great! However, it still has a few growing pains to sort out.

The location was quite hard to get to ”
The hotel room was old. The staircase was quite narrow and no elevators on the building where our room was assigned. I booked this hotel because it was close to a Metro Station. True enough it was close to a Metro Station around 5mins walk. But the station nearest to this Hotel sa Cadet Station which if would look on a Metro Map is quite hard to get to. It was probably because when we went last summer (July), Paris was undergoing a lot of renovations and quite a bit of Metro Stations were closed. We had to re-route. If I were to go back to Paris I would probably book a hotel along the Green Metro Line - easier to get to.

Great hotel and friendly staff”
The hotel was in a great location and the interior was really nice. The staff were helpful. The room was plain but nice enough. We couldn’t get wifi working the first day and the tv channels were locked so you could not change to English or turn the volume up. There was also a vent in our room which was on all the time (not air con related) and very loud during the night. Otherwise was a really nice stay!

Charming boutique hotel”
The room is very small but the bed is comfortable, it has all you need, and is such a cute hotel. Good spot, close to metro, and within walking distance of Montmartre, and the main shops

Great value, central, quaint and pretty hotel..”
Far more pros than cons! Pros: - super central and less busy location with lots of attractions within walking distance such as great restaurants (less tourist trap like), Galleries Lafayette, Montmartre - only 15 mins from Gare du nord via bus or taxi - lovely reception area and reception staff! - cute old elevator. My friend was impressed as this was her first time seeing it. - clean and comfortable room Con: A bit old. But this was hardly a con!!

Great location, amazing staff”
The design is great! The restaurant and garden lovely. And the location is awesome. Super easy walk to everything. The room was spacious but the walls are a little thin and can hear people move about. We changed rooms to a quieter one. The staff were very understanding and helpful during our stay. If you want a bath, be sure to request it early as there are only 3 rooms with baths.
