A great relaxing place with super friendly staff”
I loved everything about this hotel. The amenities were great, with unlimited free coffee/ drinks. The breakfast was really good. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are sincerely helpful and pleasant, they made us feel welcome right away. They also let us leave our luggage for a few days for free while we went to our trip to Normandy! I highly recommend hotel bootcamp. :D

Extremely friendly staff”
Very bad experience in Paris due to the France strike, but the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay in Paris. Two person I would like to mention, one of the lady that works in the morning shift is extremely helpful, and always giving us latest update on the train service. Another would be Benjamin, that works in the night shift. I am very satisfied with the hotel staff and service! Will definitely consider staying in the same hotel for future trip.

Great hotel and vey convenient location ”
Great location (100m) to metro that takes you to heart of Paris . Good sized clean room, plentiful breakfast, free hot drinks, mini fridge and safe in room. Underground parking available. Very friendly staff who also speak English. Only minor lighting cons which we discussed with staff. Real gem. Hotel seems to have a new name/ brand which should be clearer on Agoda website.

The location not in the city center of paris but there's a metro station near hotel. So, it makes us easy to strolling around paris. The breakfast was really good, clean. I will consider to stay again if come back to paris

Hair dryer was spoilt but staff didn't take any action through out our stay”
Hotel is located about 5 min walk from metro station. Check in was fast, but check out took a long time. The staff wasn't very sure of the check out procedure. The room was clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable, however, housekeeping wasn't properly done. Tissue was not refill, and only a little left when we checked in. One of the light bulb in the room wasn't there (staff said it was stolen by guest). We complained, and they fitted in a new bulb only the NEXT DAY, although we checked in quite early around 4pm. It wasn't a big deal to us, although this was our first time we encounter something like this. I was really disappointed when the hair dryer wasn't working through out our 3 nights stay and the staff did nothing to solve the problem. They promised to change our room at first, but the next day, they said many other rooms had the same problem, and the technician will only come next week, so they cannot do anything. No extra hairdryer for us as well.

Excellent staying experience!”
It is very comfortable staying at this hotel. They provide free hot drinks at their cafeteria. The staffs were lovely and willing to help in anything. They provide information of public transportation as well which is very helpful for traveler. The metro station just 1 minute away from the hotel. There are plenty of shops such as restaurants and convenient shops surrounding the hotel.

Zulekha and Benjamin were outstanding hosts. Our holiday was that much better because of them. Truly remarkable ppl. The metro strike dampened our holiday abit but Zulekha came to our rescue with her immaculate knowledge of the bus routes and trains. The hotel is located very close to the metro (abt 150m) and very close to bus stops. There's a free coffee machine until 10pm daily (that was awesome, especially in winter). The rooms are small and the aircon is limited. For a low budget holiday this hotel is perfect! It's close to alot of restaurants and shops so there's plenty to eat nearby. It's a bit out of Paris so plan yourself for travel times.

Tastefully decorated hotel with good room. The metro station was within a few minutes walk so it is very convenient to connect to the major attractions. Good neighbourhood. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast had a good spread. Highly recommended.

Staff are exceptional helpful. Location is not too bad to get in and out to Paris attraction. and near to a metro station. Food/ restaurant/ supermarket nearby is adequate. Only found out that taxi fare to airport is a bit more expensive to fix Paris fare.

Such a great hotel for the price”
The staff was so friendly and always ready to help, the bed was so comfortable (!!!) and the room was always clean. The location was good, a really nice and calm neighborhood and it was very close to the metro station, i really loved staying here, i’d recommend it to everyone, also the new decoration looks amazing

Room was neat n clean n was with all the usual amenities met. 2 mins walk from metro station. Friendly staff. Jus one concern... breakfast was very limited and not that great. It could have been better and with a bit more food options.

Cheap & easy to get around Paris/metro”
On our roadtrip we chose this hotel, because of the parking and the metro station near by, to avoid to drive to sentrum. Do not recomednd their breakfast, you feel like you empty the buffe when you have to fill a plate, poor refil. Everything else was ok.

Lovely staff very friendly and eager to please but rooms are tiny carpets are dirty wall paper coming off the walls on the plus side close to metro so easy to get to all the sights Paris has to offer

worst hotel ever”
My stay was horrible. The room was dusty. Bed was hard. Staff didn't speak english. It was close by the train station. 25 minutes train ride to the Eiffel Tower. No iron in room. No english television channel. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, it's more like a one-star. Will never stay there again and won't recommend it to anyone

Hôtel très agréable et personnel attentionné. Je n'ai pas eu de chance: le badge d'ouverture de la chambre n'a pratiquement jamais fonctionné durant mon séjour et l'ascenseur est tombé en panne le dernier jour, m'obligeant à descendre mes bagages par l'escalier depuis le 5ème étage. Sinon, bonnes prestations.
