Good value for price
Big room, free wifi, good price, free parking, breakfast included. Too bad the pool was not clean. However, location is great, quiet and walking distance from the city centre.

Great Two Night Stay
location, staff, breakfast
We were traveling with our one year old son and we loved our two night stay at the hotel. Other reviews said the beds were uncomfortable, but we found the opposite - we loved the bed - it was on the firmer side, but not too firm - it was perfect! The breakfast was wonderful and the staff even played with our son once he became fussy so that we could have a relaxing breakfast! We all went in the small but lovely pool during the mid-day heat. The ten minute walk to the main plaza is just beautiful - Stop at the cacoa place along the way to get a tasty chocolate espresso and eat at one of the food stalls in the market off the main plaza. Food was cheaper and MUCH BETTER then the restaurants we tried.

Super Friendly
Great Location
Rooms were a good size, beds were hard and uncomfortable. Mattresses are old. Neighbors dogs barked all night!

Casa Quetzal, Valladolid
quiet setting, beautiful design
This hotel is a little out of the centre of town and you need a taxi to get your luggage there. However, without the burden of bags it is a flat and easy walk back into town along Calle 41A. The hotel is set amongst a whole bunch of greenery. The room in which I stayed was upstairs and was surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. It was very serene and beautiful. There is a small pool and gardens in the middle of the courtyard. This hotel is a great alternative to the various hotels that line the main streets through town.

Excelente ubicación pero dificil para localizar
Coordial y amable personal
Fue muy dificil localizar el hotel y la alberca se encontraba sucia debido a la vegetación del lugar. Buen lugar para caminar a ver los lugares historicos y el cenote.
