Comfortable, Convenient, Clean”
Overall, I only had pleasant experiences in this hotel. Rooms looked brand new and it was very clean. The two metro stations nearby was of great convenience. It's just two stops away from Gare du Nord station, so traveling to and fro the airport is a breeze. The reception counter staff were extremely helpful and gave good travel advice and recommendations.

Lovely hotel, great location ”
Very good. Located about 15 mins walk from the lourve and 10 mins from gare du nord and very close to two metro stations. Towels and bed changed daily and friendly staff. Bit weird that you have to leave your room key at reception whenever you go out but it means reception is always manned. Would definitely stay here again.

A decent hotel in a not so nice neighbourhood”
Locating this hotel wasnt easy. Google maps gave us the idea that it was approx 12-15mins walk away, but lugging our luggage to and fro the hotel from gare du nord took us approx 25-30 mins (and we walk pretty fast). On the way to the hotel, we were harassed by several that wanted money, one even tugged on my partner's arm. The hotel has 2 entry doors, one of which is locked at all times, and the reception would have to buzz you in. We were at the hotel early and were not able to check in. Luggages were kept in a corridor and frankly we did not feel secure as anyone could grab our luggages and go. As such, we made sure we were back at the hotel at 2pm for the check in. We were first given a room on the second floor which faces the corridor where the secure door is located. This is extremely disruptive to the light sleeper and we slowly realised that that was also the corridor where smokers gatheredThe room was extremely small, and the toilet's flush system was dismantled when we went into the room. We requested for a change in room and got the room next door which faced the street and Comfort hotel signboard (which illuminated blue light throughout the night). Despite facing the streets, the second room was alot more comfortable- it was alot bigger, there was even a fan in the room which helped alot as there was no air conditioning. The toilet is small but functional. What bugged us most during our entire stay of 4 nights.. was not the hotel and it's service but the neighbourhood. Coming home in the evening at 7-8pm for two small girls like us really felt dangerous. Forutnately the metro was a short 2 minute march to our hotel- and march we did as it felt terribly unsafe.I A decent hotel, but i would probably not head back again should i revisit Paris as i really enjoyed Paris in general- but leaving and coming back to the hotel was a real pain and i genuinely feared for my life, wallet and bag for those couple of minutes.

Comfortable stay at a reasonable price.”
Overally speaking, it's a comfortable stay at a reasonable price though the room is smaller than I expected, plus I was misled by the hotel information which said there's an elevator and yet finally discoverd not acccessible to all floors. I had to carry a heavy luggage and walked a long staircase up to my room. I was not particularly mad at that because most local hotels in Paris at that price need to walk the staircase. Apart from that, the overall stay is fine. I have to say the staff who's in charge of the breakfast place is particularly helpful and his service is excellent. The staff in the reception is a bit cool, particularly the lady. When I stayed there, weather was around -1 to 5 degree C. I was surprised that there's no kettle in the room and asked the reception lady how I can have some hot water. Then, she asked, "why you need hot water?" Well?! Finally, I have to drink the tap water, which the lady said is safe and cannot make tea with hot eough boiled water even though I brough my own tea bag. The perfect solution, the reception people said, you had to buy from the hotel. Ah, perfect answer, isn't it? To be honest, if you're prepared for a clean stay at good price and no expectation of "star" hotel service, this is a kind of rational choice.

Worth the price”
The hotel’s sign is small and is hard to seen in the night. Many indian restaurant and barbershop around. The cleaning staff too lazy, they are not changing bedsheet and room still dirty even cleaning already. Hotel near to gare du nord. Overall is good hotel worth the price.

Okay for Budget Hotel”
The price is good for a budget hotel but the area is kind of dodgy, on our first day there we saw a woman on the floor with a policeman and then a few steps later another woman walking distressed with blood dripping down her face. However the hotel is very close to 2 metro stops and also just 15 minutes (walk) away from Gare du Nord station (Eurostar), just be wary of the area. Also we requested a twin room but got a double instead so I went back down to the receptionist who mumbled we don't have anymore rooms but then he started clicking away on his computer for 5 minutes before giving us a twin room. This twin room however was right next to their bright blue sign so if you're a light sleeper pray that you don't get room 25 because even at night-time it looks like day-time. The room was fairly clean but it is absolutely tiny and the pillows looked like baby pillows although they do give you an extra one hidden in the cupboards. Also it doesn't have a kettle which I thought was a basic but maybe not for 3*? The staff however in general were very helpful and friendly.

Very good price/value hotel”
I think it's a very good price/value hotel for visitors of Paris. The metro stations are in near, the stuff is very friendly, the room was little but clean and nice, the breakfast was also fine for us. (The showerbox could be bigger, it was very narrow.)

Compact but good value”
Space in Paris is a premium, but this little hotel makes the most of it. Rooms small, but sufficient. Clean, and the staff was great.

Good hotel”
We enjoy our time at the hotel. It is located on the border between zone 3 and zone 10, and it has a close access to 2 metro stations. If you walk to the Strasburg station and turn right, you will be on one of the main avenues. The staff was really friendly and we didn't have a problem with the language, we spoke in English or Spanish. The room was comfortable and with a modern decoration, bed sheets were changed and the bathroom cleaned. Just a small suggestion before entering to a room, please knock the door.

Good”
I injured my toe, concequiently ripping off my toenail on the entrance door of the hotel, I needed a doctor, The director or manager, did not contact me to see if I was alright, it was only when I asked him did you not hear of my injury and he said yes hope you are alright and no offer to compensate me for my doctors visit or medication it was very unprofessional, it cost me 65 euro and 30 for meds, very dissapointed, I did say he needs to do something about entrance door. Hotel was fine rooms very small, no air con ( That needs to be put in capital letters so that people know it is very hot in Paris that time of year, they did give us a larger room and a fan, I am very dissapointed in the way I was treated what if I had a severe injujry, and needed hospital care they have no first aid kit I had to use a towel to go to doctors, however they did find me a doctor after requesting them if it was not for my neice who spoke french we would be in a delema, we had to get taxi to doctor (no compensation for that either) again I state very dissapointed with management, otherwise hotel ok. many thanks Marina

Good for what we needed, but...”
Our stay at the hotel was a quick and pleasurable one. However, the location itself was less than desirable, we didn't feel completely safe. The location of the hotel did have some redeeming qualities as it seemed to be a reasonable distance from all the major landmarks in Paris including the Notre Dame, Sacre-Couer, Moulin Rouge, all within a 20/30 minute walk and the Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe an hours walk along the river. The hotel seemed extremely clean including the reception, lifts and the rooms, however, the hotel policy of having to leave your room key at reception when you leave the hotel and simply telling the receptionist which room you were in on return and the receptionist not checking you are actually staying in the hotel while other guests were sitting behind you didn't feel the safest/most comforting thing. As a result of this we felt the need to hide or take with us most of our valuables with us. We were only staying in the hotel as 'Room Only' and were informed if we wanted breakfast it was €12 each which seemed a bit steep for a hotel of this rating. I do not think this hotel is worthy of the 3 star rating and should only be rated with 2 stars.

Perfect location for city centre, value for money ”
We enjoyed our time in the hotel, it was ideal for getting around the city as we were so close to metro stations and walking distance from many of the cities main attractions. Didn't bother with breakfast here, €12 was steep when you could just grab the same kind of fruit/pastries for half the price in the local patisseries down the road. One big issue we had was that there was no socket for charging our phones at night beside the bed. There was one at the desk across from the bed and the other in the toilet. We found out this toilet one only worked when the light was on so we found a non charged phone the morning after. Overall very enjoyable stay, staff were very friendly and we got value for money. We only spent time sleeping and showering in the room as we spent our days sight seeing, ideal location. You get what you pay for

But small but really lovely ”
The room was a touch small but the price was amazing, the location was great, we could walk or get the metro everywhere and the cleanliness, it was really nice and kept very well, no complaints whatsoever. Perfect for our needs as we were going to see the sights of the city.

comfortable but not great for a 3 star”
the hotels on a very dodgy street. lots of men hanging around on the street, trying to get women to come into nail and hair salons. large black community. we did have to be very careful not to make eye contact and hold on to our bags for dear life. not for anything else other than for the hoards of men imply loitering around and in large groups. very intimidating. the hotel its self is pleasant. dining area is small. we didnt eat there so have rated food as 1. Its strange that the reception desk make you leave your door card behind at reception. theres no name on the card so not as if you could lose it and someone else would find the way back to your room. when we came back to the hotel each time and asked for our room card, reception just flicked through a bunch of cards and handed us one. we could have been anyone. no ID check. they nearly gave us someone elses room key twice. we had to keep repeating our room number and even had to hand back room 29's key TWICE as we were in 59. not all rooms have wifi access either. ours didnt. we were told it was because we were on a high floor and the furtherest part of the hotel!! how ridiculous was that when we specifically insisted on a room with wifi access. the only place we could access wifi was in the tiny reception area. the cleaning staff are just plain rude. we stayed 2 nights and not once did they clean our rooms. can live with that but as the corridors were sooooo small, they would just leave their carts in the doorway so we had to literals squeeze past. would never say good morning, just grunt as if we were in the way when we said good morning. We are both UK size 6-8 girls, anyone larger than a UK 10 would not have got past the cart and theres no way they would have pass a fire inspection leaving the cart blocking the fire door as you couldnt even push the door open. you had to hold the corner of the door and pull it to get it open.

Excellent”
Not a bad hotel, cosy and comfortable. However, facilities (e.g. bathroom doors) could be better managed and maintained. Staff were extremely pleasant and nice. May be less suitable for summer as the rooms have no fans or air-conditioning.

Close to train stations”
This hotel was within walking distance of the two main train stations. The front desk staff were always helpfull and spoke English which was an advantage for us as we do not speak French. On arrival the room was clean and tidy. The bathroom (especially the shower) was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. The drain cover in the shower was not connected and kept coming off exposing the drain pipe. The plug in the hand basin had to be removed to drain the water properly. We stayed for 5 nights and the linen was not changed on the bed nor were amenities replaced, towels were changed daily. The bed cover was just pulled up each day without really making the bed.

Tiniest room I‘ve ever had in a trip”
The room was much too small. Since we crushed Paris for merely one night, we left our suitcases open. And I had to hop on suitcases in the room. When showering, the showering space within the bathroom was too small while the water was hot and I had to open the gate to breathe.....Oh my

Nice rooftop room”
I loved the location and the rooftop view of the room we got. The members of the staff were also amazing. My only comment was they didn't have air-conditioning. It was summer and 39C. It was so hot we were about to melt.
