This was our 3rd visit to Mussoorie and we had the”
Staffs were very unfriendly, breakfast menu was horrible, enough seats were also not there for taking breakfast and nobody bothered to address the issue even when we were standing for 45 minutes. More so, location demands to walk at least 200 meters to reach hotel from vehicle drop off point. This was nowhere mentioned in the hotel profile. It is expected that tourists will come by hiring taxis. But only private cars are allowed to go up to the hotel and taxis can go after 10:30 pm till dawn. So, even luggages were also had to be carried by porters to reach the hotel.

A bad hotel with rude staff ”
proximity to market area
The super deluxe rooms are basically 20 years old apartment rooms with no renovation. Ugly stairs, ugly flooring. I had to upgrade as the super deluxe room wals rubbish. For urgradation to their executive rooms they charges very hefty sum with no recipt for that additional amount even on demand. Housekeeping and room service is as good as a third class hotel. They book on CP and MAP plan but dont place buffet for breakfast or dinner. overall it was a bad hotel experience.

Utter disappointment”
Good and convenient location
The Hotel is pretty ordinary. Even the basic service etiquette are missing. The dining place is horrible. Its a large property with spread out rooms but the property is not all properly maintained. Comparing the price, its utter disappointment

Nice location and rooms but lacks cleanliness”
Locations is very good, very close to the market but away from noisy streets
The location of the hotel is excellent and staff were friendly also. However, they had not paid any attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. The carpets, beds, furniture etc. were all smelly and dirty. This was the major turnoff.
