Great clean apartment- a perfect home atmosphere”
This apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Shitennoji subway station which is part of Osaka loop line, a supermarket and a Family Mart. There are a few restaurants nearby that offer reasonable-priced Japanese food. Shittenoji temple is about 7-8 minutes walk. That makes it convenient to go to places. The building is a tall and fairly new. We were greeted by the friendly staff. Our two bed room apartment is quite nice equipped with kitchen, refrige, separate toilet, shower with dryer, washer. AC works great. Living room rest area has a table and a sofa. Small space but quite comfortable. There are many storage closets for luggage and clothes. It has a rack to hang clothes in the balcony. All amenities are new, easy to use, and high-tech driven. (Remote controls are everywhere). There is an in-room speaker to speak to the reception. A common kitchen is located on first floor with cooking gears and utensils that you can borrow and keep them in your room. Housecleaning is on the third day of your stay but we figured we didn't need it as we were leaving on the 4th day. Here are some tips I would like offer: 1) If you are using JR pass, it is better to book a place near Osaka station, this apartment location needs train transit to Osaka station and it was a bit hassle. 2) After visiting Shitennoji temple, you could take a taxi to Osaka castle if you have four people in your group ( about $17 total) as there is no direct train to the Osaka. 3) I recommend buying your grocery at the Life Supermarket, the price was reasonable and the sushi was fresh! 4) the washer is of great help especially for a family with kids, make sure you have detergent. Washing clothes daily during the hot and humid summer days is a must-do for travellers. 5) AC is strong so it can turn very cold even at 24 C. Set it up a higher for sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Apartment and wish to come back again.

The staff is very polite and helpful. I like this hotel, it has all things travellers needed. The room size is big and bathroom even has wash machine. Besides, it can cook in the kitchen. The location is not business area but good distance to subway. Good place to stay.

Nice service! Staffs are nice and they are willing to help us! The room is clean while the view is wonderful! Brilliant! But there is one thing should be aware if you were considering. They offer the room cleaning service once every two days. if you want to replace the garbage bags, I could ask the staff! Nice!

Very big space for a very cheap price. Complete with everything you need. Not too far from Namba but has everything nearby including simple restaurants, train station, supermarket and Shitennoji Temple just behind.

Wonderful room, terrible staff”
We recommend the hotel based on the room, cleanliness and suitable for kids. However, our experience was VERY negative after an encounter with the manager of the hotel. On the morning of our checkout, we requested if we could extend the checkout and were happy to pay the required amount as stated at the front desk. The staff, who refused to give us his name and claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and did not permit it and gave us no explanation. Thereafter, he showed his displeasure by tossing our hotel room keys, becoming aggressive and even raising his voice at my wife! He claimed he did not want to extend our stay because of the wuhan virus, which I felt was so racist as my wife is Chinese. It is a pity, it's a wonderful hotel but the "manager" ruined the experience and impression we have had of the place. Do contact me should you need the video we have recorded of the altercation.

Great stay and cozy hotel”
We enjoyed staying in this hotel as it was quite spacious. We stayed in Osaka for 5 days, so it is so good that this hotel has a washing machine so we could wash our clothes and their fan/heater in the bathroom is excellent! It dried up the clothes in 3 hours. Its a great hotel if you are travelling with kids because it has a kitchen and the bathroom is big. Location is alright, in a nice quiet area and walking distance to the train station.

We’re a family of 4 and the Family Room we got was perfect for us. We stayed for 7 nights. Very close to a grocery, to Family Mart and a few minutes walk from the train station.

Been here for the first time. Not to far from Metro Station, Big Supermarket n Family Mart. Not to far from JR Station (Tenojji) and Tenojji Temple.
