Good location, next to the metro, comfortable and clean room, quiet (request a room at the back), perfect for a few days. Restaurants and bars very close in the surrounding streets. Reasonably priced for Paris. Amine at reception is extremely helpful and friendly. Will stay here again on my next visit.

An ok stay”
The stay was average. We booked two rooms, one of them was extremely small, with small bath and bad view. Another one was a bit bigger and with better view. The better room was with bathroom and the worse was with a shower. The staff was friendly when we arrived, but then came an another man, who refused to talk English and wanted me to speak French. I started to learn French, so I could say some phrases. When we asked if we could get some hot water to make tea, they refused and said to use the water from the tap.

We checked in at the front desk of the possibly 10 room hotel. Got a key, opened the door and were very disappointed to find how run down the place is. The next morning I had my breakfast of a piece of french bread, coffee, and juice. Before I could leave the hotel I was told I would have to turn in the key. I explained I would be back in the evening, but was rudely told I had to hand over the key to the room I had paid for before I could leave the building. So I turned in the key. When I got back that night I asked for room number 10 key and without any checking of identification I was handed the key. That is not very safe in my opinion. I asked for a water glass and an extra pillow and was told "NOT POSSIBLE" I guess the guy was too busy doing nothing to go to the housekeeping closet, which was very close by. Anyway I would not recommend this dump to anyone!!

The space of the room is medium however the bathroom is very very small. People who with size XL not comfortable to use the bathroom. No breakfast provided and the room is a bit smelly.

L'hôtel est en réfection tous les jours week-end compris donc avec du bruit. Les matériaux sont stockés dans le couloir, dans la pièce des petits-déjeuner !! Malgré ces désagréments l'hôtel vétuste reste propre et le personnel sympathique. Un peu de bruit provenant de la rue. De rideaux brûlés et cache sommier déchiré.

Comment se fait-il que les choix ne soient pas objectifs ? Rien ne nous a plu à propos de cet hôtel, ni à propos de notre chambre, et le Buttes Chaumont n'est absolument pas un lieu à recommander ! Mais plutôt à fuir ! Comfort des chambres très mauvais, c'est un hôtel minable, très sal (la salle de bain mérite une RÉNOVATION), lit pas comfortable, personnel pas aimable, service nul, aucune insonorisation, pas de Canal Sat (alors que c'est mentionné).

Pas vraiment un hotel d'amoureux dans Paris, mais vraiment juste un hôtel d'appoint. Sympa a l'allcceuil vérifié pour le wifi internet si c'est gratuit, car sinon 5 € de plus. au niveau de la chambre il ne faut vraiment pas être gros, obliger de laisse la porte ouverte pour ce baisser au lavabo, sinon les fesses touche la porte. a part çà j'ai bien dormi et ya toutes les commodités autour de l'hôtel..;

4Tage Paris Museumsbesuche, Shopping Sightseeing. Das Hotel ist wunderbar einfach vom Gare de l' Est zu erreichen. M5. In der Straße befinden sich direkt alle Shops und viele Restaurants, die man brauchen kann. Top Metro Verbindung in die Innenstadt, Louvre, Galeries Lafayette usw. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, 24h Rezeption. Sauberkeit- 3+ von 5 Sternen, Sehr laut trotz Schallschutzfenstern , insgesamt alles schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Hotel innen auch sehr hellhörig. Ich denke für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen.😄👍🏼👍🏼

Ottima posizione vicino alla metro. Quartiere variegato , si trovano anche barboni o persone poco raccomandabili ma comunque non disturbano . Ricca di locali. Mc donalds accanto e un supermercato di fronte , così come panifici negozi vari. Stanza piccola ma confortevole Materasso morbido Metterei un areatore nel bagno visto che è con porta sulla stanza. Lo consiglio. Per la comodità negli spostamenti, vicinanza alla metro e prezzi modici dei locali in zona

初めて投稿します。 内装が懐かしい古い感じのホテルを探していた、私たちにとてもピッタリのホテルでした。 歯ブラシが、無いので普段使ってる物をお持ちになったほうがいいですよ。 場所もメトロ駅に近く、スーパーマーケットも近くに３件も有りとても便利でした。 朝食は有料でしたので、ホテルの前のパン屋さんが、安くて美味しかったです。

ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างสะดวกกับการเดินทางเนื่องจากใกล้ทั้ง Paris est และ Paris nord ส่วน Metro ในละแวกนั้นก็สามารถเลือกลงได้หลายสถานีหลายสาย ห้องพักมีราคาไม่แพง ถึงจะไม่ใหม่มาก แต่ห้องก็ไม่เล็กและไม่ใหญ่จนเกินไป

Выбирали гостиницу из-за французского балкона из приглянувшихся вариантов подороже. Можно было и не переплачивать. Расположение удобное. До 3 линий метро 100м. Через дорогу булочные,2 продуктовых магазина, на соседней улице кафешки и еще булочные. Номер теплый (начало марта). Маленький чайник. Полотенца, мыло, гель для душа. Матрас хороший, но маловат для меня. Порадовало окно в ванной. Сейф 5 евро в сутки. Холодильника нет. Инет на просмотр фильмов хватает. Что очень не понравилось: пластиковые окна не отрегулированы. Сильный шум с улицы. За окном проезжая часть, и постоянно ездит спецтранспорт со звуковым сигналом. А так же наземная ветка метро. Даже эхо порой выдавала. Беруши необходимы. Нам, как ни странно, не мешал шум. Уставали, вероятно. На рецепш кофе, чай за 1 евро. Завтрак не брали.
