Amazing place”
The hotel is located on top of a Bar/Restaurant with super friendly staff and a very quiet neighbourhood. It’s 8 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and it has a supermarket right in front of the hotel.

No fuss budget hotel”
Nice quaint little neighbourhood with everything you need within a stone throw. Great for those who enjoy walks or runs in the woods.

Quite far but awesome staff and spare ribs”
We spent way more (time and money) with all the back and forth travel. The bus stop is relatively close but it would still be more efficient if you stayed closer to the center. Room was spacious (just one electrical socket! 😭) , toilet facilities passable, shower was okay. Just bear in mind it can become quite noisy up to late at night because of the bar but we were far too tired to really be bothered. Still, our stay was worth it because of the price and staff were awesome, friendly, helpful, and the cafe served really delish spareribs. The lady who checked us in was also exceptionally friendly, made us feel at home and even spoke Spanish to us :) not that we understood but the fact that she tried to converse with us was nice.

Too simple”
The stairs are very tight and the breakfast is very simple, basically coffee and a sandwich with iced bread, which you prepare yourself. For those who just want to sleep and are not looking for luxury, it serves well. In the cafe there is loud music that is on until midnight. It's not very good for those with babies or people who need to sleep early. The staff are great, very friendly!

Not the best place for sleep”
The room was ok and clean but due to the bar downstairs there was very loud music, the whole room was vibrating until 2 am (this was on a saturday night) making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was pretty basic.

First of all , The hotel is in Amstelveen which is like 30 min from main Amsterdam it still easy to get to Amsterdam by bus . Nonetheless the place is amazing it has a really nice pub in the main floor , really close to supermarkets , restaurants and lots of paths where to walk

Warm welcome! Super friendly staff”
The best thing about this place is how kind and helpful the staff are. They help you feel at home instantly! Thanks to all the staff for being so genuinely wonderful and making us feel special. The breakfast was great, with coffee/tea, toast, yogurt, cereals, spreads, ham, cheese, orange juice and boiled eggs. Best price I could find around Amsterdam! And they also serve good food at their restaurant throughout the day at a fair price. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good and cozy stay around Amsterdam!

Simply excellent for it's price.”
The hotel is located in the quiet Amsterdam suburb, about 10 km from the city center. It usually took us 40 to 50 minutes to get to the main places of interest by bus. It is also easy to get to the hotel from the airport (about 15 minutes by bus). Clean. Very friendly personnel. Nice and inexpencive bar on the first floor. The music could get a little loud on friday and saturday nights. A breakfast is included in the price.

Friendly hotel away from the crowds”
A very friendly hotel ,restaurant and bar. This to me is more typical of the Netherlands than central Amsterdam but only a few minutes walk to the bus to the centre. Stayed a few times now and very happy every time.

Sam from Mabuhay Philippines”
unique combination of BBQ ribs place with hotel. Advisable to folks who will not stay too much in hotel but just place to sleep and wanted to be assured of place to eat good food and drinks at the end of a long tour day. Staff were extremely helpful and even accommodating on extra request like help us carry our heavy bags. Always a jolly kind of atmosphere and even as there are drinking all around people seems just want to have some wholesome fun and chats.

Staff were amazing”
Stayed here for a couple of nights although not centrally located easy access to centrum although can be quite expensive if you don't have the correct travel card , Breakfast was fine on the 1st morning of my stay , but on the 2nd morning the whole building had incurred a power cut which was totally out of their hands , And the lady even went out of her way to buy me breakfast from the bakers opposite , would stay again great bar and restaurant downstairs , Try the ribs

Simple hotel upstairs a bar”
We stayed on holiday but also had to work a little and thus didn't get to explore the area that much. Amstelveen seems like a nice area and the Amsterdam forest with many sporting etc. facilities is near. The hotel is best suited for persons looking to have fun and party who do not have high requirements concerning the facilities of the hotel. The bar downstairs is very lively at least in the weekends. If you are looking for a peaceful and well-equipped hotel or are travelling with children, this is probably not the choice for you. Some staff members made you feel as you were bothering them, but most of the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a free Wifi in the hotel.

Budget hotel - nice bar”
The room was as you would expect for a one star - we thought we were booking a double but got a twin, and it was very standard - so rather uncomfortable beds and extremely basic, run-down but clean room. Toiler paper was more paper than tissue! Was a little bit noisy on a Friday night - but if you want somewhere with a really nice bar, then this is a good bet for a nice green suburb of Amsterdam.

Best service ”
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the staff (which I could remember her name) booked an Uber with her phone on my behalf, and let me pay later. Another helped me obtain additional cash, like an ATM at the place. The also let me check in early. I'd say the staff were AMAZING. Thank you ladies...you made my day(s)!
