Very good
Kinda old hotel but the service is good, close to downtown, university, boulevard, banks and restaurant. If you're not choosy enough then this hotel is right for you...

Exxellent
The location was excellent since it was near the city centre, boulevard and the port. We had 2 rooms good for 8 individuals for a price of 1700. 1 room had a bath tub which was nice. The rooms can actually accomodate more because it was spacious. The staff were friendly and accomodating. They let us leave our staff at the hotel even if we already checked out. (Since we are going to siquijor the 2nd day and we dont want out stuff getting wet) check in time is 10 am which is also good because we did not wait up until 12 for the usual checked in time. Check out time 12 or 1 pm but we were able to leave our stuff and come back around 6 pm. Overall, it was a very good experience and not too pricey.

Good Value for Money
I would recommend this place if the purpose is just to have a place to leave your things while touring and have somewhere to sleep after a tiring day of tour, you can also walk from RIzal Boulevard going to the hotel. The aircon of the room we had was good and the floor is carpeted too. We also saw a small cockroach on the table but we just shoo it off.

no frills but okay...
you don't expect chocolates on the pillows for php1,000 per night. Room was large and adequate, we got the business class room, aircon a bit clattery but cooled fine, bit of mold smell but not overwhelming. Not too noisy. Staff was responsive and friendly. Location is good if you're visiting Silliman and Rizal areas. Popular place for budget travelers it seems, it was fully booked the night we were there.

Budget Friendly
The only good thing is that it's cheap. The rest of the facilities in the room were not really impressive. Our air-conditioning was damaged, and so they had to put a small bucket underneath it in order to catch the water dripping from the AC.

So worth it
Our room was good for 4 and has everything(tv, ref, table, hot showers, comfy beds) for only 985. Great stay and its walking distance to the restos and Rizal blvd.

Hotel needs refurbishing
They seriously need to refurbish the hotel. So many small cockroaches that it made me so uncomfortable and can't sleep at night. :(

Approved!
We booked the business class room and it's located at the 4th floor, take note that there's no elevator. 😅 The room is spacious, I think it can accommodate up to 8 persons!!! I'm not sure though if they'll agree. 😜 They provide shampoo, soap and towel (so thin but ok) everyday, just ask them. They can also clean the room everyday when asked, well based from experience, without additional fee. The staffs are all friendly and accommodating! Very good! Location is perfect, if you're into walking, tourist spots and restaurants can be reached within 5-10mins. Or you can ride a tricycle, just wait outside the hotel. The hotel is not extravagant, don't expect too much since you paid less. But I can say that it's perfect for a not so choosy person. Besides when you're traveling, most of the time you're outside. After all, we just need an accommodation where we can sleep, take shower and leave our things that is clean and safe.

Definitely not going back.
Room 306 smells horrible. The smell of molds and old linens. Toilet and bath needs repair and refurbishment. Although personnel and courteous, I still regret booking in this hotel.

Real Old School
It was like staying in a hotel back when I was a child and my parents could not afford hotels so I would only look on dreamily. The place still holds plenty of its 1970-ish charm, no pretenses. Did not encounter bugs, and the beds were comfortable. Hot water was always available. Great for a quiet stay but still within walking distance of most city sights.
