Exceptional”
Room is clean and spacious. Much bigger than typical Japanese hotel rooms. Ensuite. Separate toilet and shower. You can even do the laundry in the shower area (with bath tub) as they have basin and low stool. The receptionists are all nice. Easy check-in. When we first arrived, the accommodating lady seemed to be prepared and handed us our keys right away. They regularly clean our room. Just hand them the key. They also refill tissues, shampoo, replace toothbrush, used drinking glasses, etc. Just a few stops to Osaka Castle and other tourist spots. They have free transparent umbrellas when it is raining you can return by the end of the day. Very near subway and bus station. Shower is strong. Wifi is strong. Would definitely book again when we go back to Osaka.

The hotel is close to the subway station and also the airport bus station. You only need 5 minutes walk from the bus station to the hotel and easy to find. Lawson store just next to the hotel so that you can easy to buy some snacks even in midnight. The service is great, staff are very nice. Also the room is clean and big (compare to other hotel in Kyoto and Osaka). Only thing you may worry is the room facilities are bit old, but all the stuff are work well. I will definitely go back to this hotel again.

Smart idea to separate the toilet and bath area into 2 rooms. Only thing preventing a 5 star review all around is the water leaking through our window (dunno if it was due to the rain or the compressor of the AC) at room 508. But all in all a pleasant experience for us (its proximity to the key tourist spots in Osaka is a bonus as well; being close to the Osaka-Uehommachi station)

I love the Hello Kitty room!”
I love the location - it was close to Osaka-Uehommachi station! Cleanliness is okay - though they will not clean your room unless you told them. Staff were nice and helpful - they allowed us to leave our luggages for a while after check out so we could still explore Japan hassle-free. Value for money was excellent, considering the room was large enough! Overall, it was so nice staying here and I would love to stay here again!

For a japanese hotel room to be at this size and price range, hard to find. My room came with 2 single bed + 1 soft bed, aircon unit are those window mount type just cold enough, local TV channels, fridge and kettle. No place to hang clothes though. Bathroom is huge and a separate toilet. Overall value for money if you ain't the fussy type.

A mere 5 mins walk from the Osaka uechommachi train station. This train station is located at the basement of Hotel Sheraton Miyako. Take a limousine bus from Kansai Airport and they'll drop you just outside this hotel and walk 5 mins to Hotel Candy Hall. You can also take the same limousine bus to Kansai Airport. Cost one way is ¥1550. Very convenient.

Close to S18 subway station (convenient for going to Tennoji station if you're taking Haruka train to/from Kansai airport). Easy to go to Namba/Nippombashi too. Big bathrooms & bedrooms. Building looks aged, but still ok & comfortable. Front desk host & staffs are very friendly & helpful. Thank you very much.

Good location and clean hotel”
Value for money hotel, basically the room size is very big and with a nice bath tub. Kids enjoyed so much during our stay there. The receptionists are very polite and kind to let us checked in early without charges. The location is just nice to Dotonbori within waking distance 20 mins and also there is a JR station nearby the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in future.

The hotel was great, nice room and nice staff. I thinks it was an apartment before but it just my opinion. If you travelling with your children, they gonna love the room. So cute. The bathroom is really spacious, with bathtub and jacuzzi. Great

Junior Suite Non-Smoking (Spacious Room with 5 beds & huge bathroom)”
The place seemed run-down but the room offers clean and comfortable beds. Basic toiletries were provided. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived before 12 noon and was granted early check-in. The staff was very approachable - gave us direction for laundry service and provided umbrellas when it was raining. The laundry service (24 hours) is less than 5 minutes walk from hotel. Nearest station and shopping mall is 5-10 minutes walk from hotel.
