ladies trip in Feb 2022!”
Hotel location was just perfect, especially our trip was for shopping. I booked 3 rooms for 6 ladies, and all 3 rooms were different size. One room was extra small.... :(. Breakfast selection was good and the staffs were very friendly.

The Castille was wonderful! The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the restaurant was excellent. Our room was large and very clean. The hotel is well-maintained. It’s a little dated in terms of room decor (our room anyway, but others looked more modern) but everything is very clean and the service is second to none. Really convenient location and just an excellent place to stay. We loved it and would be back!

Breakfast and Checkout in disappointing”
Great location, amenities and friendly service but breakfast can be better...we have moldy bread one day! also the valet defiantly needs to be better, we checked out at 0306 but our vehicle didn't arrive until 0800, overall good and we will come back again this year and hope all will improve.

A 4* with a 5* price”
We stayed in a ‘superior’ room. These rooms are in a separate wing and are very small. Even more disappointingly, the toilet was separate from the shower, in a very small cubicle where a tall person would struggle to sit down comfortably to do their things. Service was good but - again - not 5*: the room was prepared for the night only once out of three nights and a used box of nuts was not replaced. One of the pillocases had a stain. And finally, if you want a crèpe for breakfast, you’ll have ti pay 12 euros extra.

The location is excellent but don't expect much about their service. Unhelpful staff. Concierge is no where to be found. Can't call for a room service. Have to ask for simple amenities like toothbrush and cotton buds.

Fantastic! Fun! and Fabulous!”
Check in was very well done even though I arrived very early in the morning. The hotel reception took our belongings and allowed us to use their facilities to wash up from the and freshen up from the long continental flight. Then arranged for our bags to go straight into our rooms while we roamed Paris! We went for a nice walk along the gardens toward the Louve Musee and spent a couple of hours there. After which we headed back to the hotel to take our leave. Restaurants around the area was superb and we had a fantastic collection to choose from. Throughly enjoyed ourselves. Not to forget, chanel was just next door.!!

i stayed few nights in this hotel and enjoyed everything about it. the hotel is close to shopping, the metro, sightseeing but is on a quiet street, so the traffic noise is minimal. the room was quite attractive and comfortable. the staff was extremely polite and helpful. i have no complaints about this hotel and would recommend it to others without hesitation. we ate dinner at a restuarant called la cordonniere, also hightly recommended by tripadvisor, which was only several blocks from the hotel -- easy walking distance. the food and service were outstanding.

Perfect Location”
this hotel is just perfect for shopping with chanel boutique located next door. few minutes walking to metro, louvre & tuileries garden. room space is acceptable. not big but new. bed is comfy. check-in/check-out process is pretty quick. staffs are helpful. the only flaw is that bar service was very slow. no one seemed to be ready to help.

Hotel in great location in not so great shape”
The hotel is located in a quiet street very close to the Tuileries. It has a well designed entry hall with a boutique hotel touch. The junior suit in the 1st floor had very low ceilings and was dark. The walls and installations in the bathroom showed that their age and poor maintenance. The holder for the towel fell off on first touch and the holder for the toiled paper was shakily attached to the wall. The worst part was the constantly running toilet flush. That was a pretty annoying sound during the first night. In spite of our complaint the next morning this was not fixed next evening when we returned to the room. However, when we complained again we were immediately offered a free upgrade to the Duplex suite. That was, in fact a very nice solution and the room was much better. High ceiling in the living room, large windows. But the devil is in the detail. Also this room showed the wear and the holder for the towel also fell of (to be sure: we were not trying to rip the place apart)

I expected a different experience from a five star hotel. ”
I was placed in one of the older, unrenovated rooms and was unimpressed by the space. At about $500 a night, I expected a more upscale room, with more comprehensive in-room amenities. The food on-site was not great and the on-site gym left a lot to be desired. I would not rate this as a five star hotel. It’s nowhere on the level of the other five stars in Paris. Some of the staff were excellent, other staff members seemed disinterested in providing an exceptional experience.

Service has gone downhill & watch out for erroneous charges ”
This is my 3rd stay with Castille Paris and by far my worst. Day 1 check in - no one helped us with our luggage. Room was upgraded but in the older wing. Toilet had flush issues and shower was tiny & had a door that wouldn’t close. Day 2 - poor coordination when we asked them to call us a cab. They couldn’t tell us the taxi number and the 3 min wait ended up being 15 and we had to approach each taxi that was driving up as the doormen were not assisting us Day 3 - toiletries not replenished Day 4 - toiletries were not replenished and neither were the towels. Day 5 - on checkout we saw erroneous minibar charges which we had corrected. When I landed back home, I got an email informing me that they charged me €30 for a pillow. No investigation or verification - just a deduction. I have asked them to reverse the charge and am awaiting their response. Very disappointing stay and would think twice before coming back.
