Wonderful Staff Best service Good value for money ”
The property is remodeled and the room is very nice, clean and spacious. The staff, particularly Luis and his coworkers are very helpful. With clean room and every thing in the proper order, we did not have special requests. I highly recommend this hotel for a short or long stay. I will definitely come back to stay in Caza hotel myself in my way back home 💐

Location is great. Bar, cafe, grab n go eating area is finished. Games in lobby are fun. Staff is super accomodating! Hotel is clean and rooms comfortably decorated. Great value!

Caza - impressive!”
The hotel is new. Everything is fresh and clean . They’re still constructing the bar/ eating/game area but there’s coffee in the lobby. Room is so comfortable and clean. When you enter the lobby - the scent is so fresh and clean. There’s available fresh drinking water on the hallway and coffee in the lobby. I love everything! Hope they keep it up!

New hotel in a very good location”
The hotel is very new. It's clean and basic amenities in the room are available. The staff were all helpful and friendly, attends to your requests very effectively. Since it's still a new hotel, some services may not be available yet, for example, there's no vending machine in the hotel so make sure to buy your snacks before hand, breakfast is also not yet available as their pantry is still work in progress. There's a complementary coffee and tea in the morning at the lobby, but in my 2-days stay, they are all gone by the time I wake up(around 9am). The location is very good that your a few walks away to good restaurants and coffee shops. It's like 3 minutes away from the Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39, a few minutes walk to Lombard Street (very steep uphill walk), Cable Car station and to the Ghirardelli Square. Overall experience is very good. I would recommend this hotel if you're planning to stay near the bay area. It's a more relaxed area compared to Downtown SFO.

Nice place, but deceptive pricing”
I had a nice stay there, and there's a fabulous little breakfast spot right across the street called Eight AM. But keep in mind that when you see a low nightly rate, they do that mandatory "resort fee" BS, so you'll be paying an extra $34 per night on top of their nightly rate. I will choose not to stay there again until they do away with this deceptive policy (yes, I know, "resort fees" are nearly unavoidable in Las Vegas now, but I recently stayed at a nice room at the 4 Queens downtown - cheap and no resort fee BS, plus cheaper table minimums and 5x odds on craps regardless of the set point).

Gutes Touristenhotel”
Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage direkt in der fußläufigen Nähe von Fishermen's wharf. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und immer hilfsbereite Verhalten aller Angestellten (Rezeption, Service etc.). Kritisieren müssen wir allerdings das Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht, allerdings war schon beim Betreten des Zimmers starker Rauchergeruch wahrzunehmen. Für uns sehr unangenehm. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist auch, dass das Hotel kein Restaurant hat. So mussten wir jeden Tag auswärts frühstücken. Allerdings gab es reichlich Möglichkeiten. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel aber empfehlen. Das Preisniveau ist allerdings, wie überall in SF, unangemessen hoch.
