They were kind and courteous in introducing recommended stores and taking care of our luggage after checkout. The room was clean, with basic amenities, and even though we stayed for multiple nights, they provided fresh bath towels and other supplies every day. The affiliated parking lot was also reasonably priced, which was helpful. The compact twin room was a bit limited in space for luggage, but considering the price, it was a great room. Above all, the staff's service was very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay. I look forward to visiting again when I come to Nagoya.

Other than the issue of it being 10-15min walk away from both stations — Yabacho and Sakae, overall we enjoyed our stay! They told us that they only clean rooms every other day but to our surprise they actually clean it everyday with new fresh robes and clean towels! The room is spacious! We had 3 beds which are comfy then a coffee table and a working desk with a mirror. The toilet is updated! Clean and techy techy! The provided toiletries are amazing! Btw, we didn’t avail the breakfast but there are a lot of kombini around. Staff are nice and friendly! Will definitely stay again if I’ll be back in Nagoya despite the distance from the station! Thank you Hotel Centmain for being our home for a week, it’s such an incredible service you gave! See you again!
You can continue to spend comfortably at a reasonable price. This time, what caught my attention was when I was watching Netflix on the indoor TV; the volume setting was very intense (like surround sound or something) and would become extremely loud depending on the scene, even at a low volume. It seemed that guests couldn't change the settings with the remote, so I had to watch it on my smartphone. I would really like for this to be improved in the settings as soon as possible.

“The staff's attitude was nice.”
The parking lot was a 2-3 minute walk away and cost 1,100 yen for 24 hours. I had asked for the address of the parking lot in advance, but it was difficult to find due to one-way streets, so I parked on the street near the hotel and asked the front desk staff, who gave me a map to the parking lot. There were many convenience stores and restaurants, making it a convenient location. The staff were pleasant, courteous, and kind. The room was small, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable and provided good sleep quality. I appreciated the disposable slippers provided. When I entered the room, there was an unfamiliar smell that I found concerning, but I got used to it quickly. I would like to use this hotel again.
この度はご宿泊いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 駐車場につきましては、事前に住所をお伝えしていたにも関わらず、一方通行などでわかりづらく、ご迷惑をおかけし申し訳ございませんでした。しかしながら、当ホテルのスタッフが地図をお渡しし、無事に駐車場までたどり着けたとのこと、安心いたしました。周辺にコンビニや飲食店が多く、便利にご利用いただけたようで何よりでございます。 また、スタッフの対応について「感じが良く、丁寧で親切だった」とのお褒めの言葉をいただき、大変光栄です。お部屋は狭く感じられたとのことですが、清潔に保たれており、ベッドの寝心地も良く快適にお過ごしいただけたこと、そして使い捨てスリッパがお役に立てたこと、大変嬉しく思います。 お部屋に入られた際の匂いについては、ご不快な思いをおかけし申し訳ございませんでした。すぐに慣れていただけたとのことですが、今後の課題として改善に努めてまいります。 「また利用したい」とのお言葉、大変励みになります。お客様に再度お会いできることを心よりお待ちしております。
