Had a great stay! ”
My family and I had a great stay at the Cervantes hotel! It was just my spouse and my 3-year old. They had a little bed just for our child. The room was a good size (considering a lot of hotels in Paris have small rooms). The staff was super kind and accommodating. They were extra helpful. They called our taxis, were friendly with our child (they played with him and gave him a coloring book which was so sweet of the bell hop to do so), and overall the staff went above what would have been expected. We're very pleased with their service. The decor of the hotel is pretty cool too. Trendy lights, a nice seating area, free snacks at the bar, and lollipops everywhere. :-) The location was ok (not bad but not the greatest). It was 15 euros for a taxi from the hotel to the Lafayette Galleries. It was 25 euros from Champs-Elysées Marriott to the Cervantes hotel. Because of the back and forth taxi, we decided to rent a car which was the best decision we made. The cars in Europe have GPS and the traffic isn't bad. However, we didn't get a chance to park our car near the hotel because our stay at Cervantes was over (we drove the next day to Versailles). Overall, we loved the Cervantes and we would be happy to come back. Oh, one more thing.... there is a restaurant right next door to the Cervantes called "La Scarpeta" The Italian food there is amazing! Delicious! It was open till 10pm I think. They delivered to the hotel and let us keep the utensils and glass cups till the next day. When we went the next day, it was filled with locals so you know the restaurant was that good. :-)

great value for money”
We arrived at around 9 in the morning and though the check-in policy of the hotel was 2 pm, we were able to get our room as it was already ready. This means that staff are flexible, as compared to other hotels we have stayed in where they are strict as to their check-in policy even though the room is already available. Secondly, we were surprised to see the room size when we arrived. It was spacious (when compared to others in Paris), has a balcony, minibar facilities, very new furnishings, and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable. Maybe the only negative is the sound-proofing, as I can hear the lady in the next room conversing with somebody on the phone. Thirdly, breakfast selection was very good, unlike previous ones I have stayed on where continental only means some coffee, some toast, butter and cheese, and tetra-pack juice. At Hotel Cervantes, you have cold (ham, cheese, etc) and hot (eggs, sausage, grilled tomatoes) selection and an assortment of drinks. Bread were at its best and many to choose from. Fourthly, the hotel is located very close to a metro station (Rome) that brings you straight to Moulin Rouge, Basilica Sacre Coeur, Arc de Triomphe......and the location is on a quiet neighborhood. Finally, staff were very helpful and friendly, trusting and kind. My wife and I enjoyed every bit of our stay.

I had a great time staying in this hotel. The staff were friendly and were willing to help me with many things. I didn't have to worry about the language barrier because they could speak English well. What I liked about the hotel is that the reception is open 24/7, therefore I didn't have to worry about the time I had to check-in. On the first night, I arrived at the hotel at around 1am and they still let me check-in. The man at the counter was really nice when I arrived, especially at that hour. The check-in was very fast and I could get to my room with no problems. The room was heated and felt comfortable to sleep in. There was also a fan cooler in case the room gets a little hot. It cools the room almost instantly. The room was comfortable and had enough space for me to move around. Many facilities were included as well. Items such as a table, an open wardrobe, a safe, a fridge, a kettle and a hairdryer were provided in the room. Basically, you get what you see in the pictures. The free wi-fi was really good too. However, the safe was a little warm, therefore two of my things were stuck together. There was also a light which sometimes switched on and switched off. It didn't bother me though. The door is also a little heavy and the space to get into the room is a little tight. However, I was happy with the room nevertheless. The location of the hotel is splendid. It is located near the Rome metro station. It is also near a train network, but you can't hear the noises of the trains passing one bit. The street is absolutely quiet and a little scary to walk on at night, but it was safe. The hotel also provided flyers that had information and discounts for tickets of different attractions, such as Musée d'Orsay and Disneyland Paris. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a hotel great for anyone wanting value worth their money.

this is my third time staying in cervantes and everytime i stay there, i always satisfied. the room is very clean and quite big compared to other european hotels. it also provides free wifi, the connection is always good. the receptionist is also very friendly and helpful. this is a very recommended hotel.

Great hotel in Paris”
We had a great stay at Cervantes Hotel for our wedding anniversary. Alex went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay and we had a great room with a direct (if distant) view of the Eiffel Tower, room 68. Very close to Metro stop, Rome and easy access via the Metro to all major attractions. Make sure you try the restaurant next door, La Scarpetta, excellent food & service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

we stayed in cervantes hotel for 5 days in august. the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with 2 metro stations nearby, which is very convenient. the rooms were cosy. we especially liked their breakfast buffet. the staff was friendly and helpful. we'll definitely stay with cervantes hotel again.

close to rome metro, around 5minute walk, but not that close to champs élysées. there is also a super market nearby. the closest attraction is basilisque du sacre coeur, other sites such as the arc triomphe, eiffel tower and louvre museum are easily reachable by metro. overall this hotel is excellent for a 3 star, better than other 4 stars i have stayed in.

Perfect stay for Paris sightseeing”

room facilities are very comfortable and new. free wifi in room and around hotel in unlimited. near 2 metro stations (300 m.) you can go to many sightseeing places in 5-10 minutes eg. Eiffel, Nord-tredam Church, Charles de Gaulle – Étoile, Champs-Elysee etc. no breakfast included.

Strategic Location!”
Hotel Cervantes is right between Rome and Europe train stations, which is great for us travellers! While it lacks of restaurant, there are plenty nearby with various of choices, ranging from fast food, French, Italian and even Chinese food can be found nearby so there's nothing to worry about. Outside the room, the color is dull but that shouldn't worry you because inside the room, it is actually quite well decorated. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I always had this problem where the room card wouldn't work after I came back to hotel in the evening, which was strange, but there was this ever friendly staff that goes by the name Juan and he always assisted me. Hotel also provided, or rather worked with shuttle service provider, which eased up our way to airport and was value for money.

Yes definitely recommend”
The Hotel is perfectly located, just within 300 m from Rome m station. We were lucky to have a room with balcony and have nice evening coffee on the balcony after long walking in Paris. Facilities are great, room perfect and clean, balcony is just fantastic, veery good breakfast. EVening coffee and tee is just life saver. Moulin Rouge is within 8 m walking distance with lots of cafes and bars on the way.

Stay from 1st to 4th October 2016”
The location of the hotel is ideal except that you do get woken up in the night by the noise from the train station. It is within walking distance to both Rome (M2) and Europe (M3) metro stations, which connects to the major attractions in Paris. The staff are friendly and helpful to our inquiries. The neighbourhood is also very peaceful and feels safe.

I'm just spend one night stay in Paris. The location was good, very close to the metro but it's not really centralized in Champs Elysee area, it's took about 10 mins by metro to reach. The hotel wifi wasn't user friendly, the connection mostly get lost. Only the hotel lobby connection is reliable.

Honeymoon Trip”
The staff were very helpful. We wanted to go Disneyland and had to print the documents. They allowed us to send it to their email and printed it for us. The hotel staff were also friendly and attended to our requests promptly. We love the place as well as the warm hospitality shown by the staff!

Overall we were happy with the service and environment of the hotel. It was close to a supermarket and eateries as well as train station and bus stop. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. For the price we paid for a Paris hotel it was definitely more than worth it.

Great location with great room”
We upgrade our room to triple room which is really large for Paris size. The room is comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Close to metro and they can book airport shuttle. Fast Internet as well. We would stay here again.
