Nice
Upon check-in, we had a problem since the name on the voucher is my friend (who's arriving the next day). I found it ridiculous since the receptionist and the other staff were very inconsiderate. It's very incovenient for us coz my guests wanted to check-in already coz they have other appointment. It took an hour then. Well, the rest were good especially the breakfast coz it's a buffet at their sister company hotel The Bellavista. The room was small. Another outstanding thing experience is the free pick up and send off to airport. That made it great value of money. Thankful anyways.

Used this hotel over ten times because near airport
sheet change only for payment, hot shower handle not work proper must press and try cannot higher or lower, they reluctant allow use phone if have problems my wallet creditcards all where in other city in hotelsafe after much persuasion allow and i said ok i not use the two nights i payed just let m us your phone. Then when i want check out wnted phone charges 40 pesos minuteor on dollar US. Ithey refuse return my passport unless i pay and i was unable all cash wallet creditcards in Davao in hotel there. After stay ten times and always pay all why they do the hard way and reluctant assist? we talking about a bill of 50.-dollar. I left nyhow and came next day back with all my money creditcards and payed it. But if they like this why i come again. And this time on new stay lt me sit airport thirty minute wait their hotelbus. Its five minutes to airport. Less then a mile can walk even. I suspect on purpose to say you no more welcome. But cannot proof of course. Fazit: if u in trouble the block and reluctant assist specially front desk manager. They wanted refuse me do emergency calls even to secure my wallet creditcards an thy know me all for years. Very disapointing

Good value for money
Basic hotel but good value for money. Breakfast is shared with bellavista hotel and was good, especially homelette. My room ok, except the fact that the window is very very small with no view

Value for money
You have to pay 100 pesos for the gym but the breakfast is great (they should add more vegetarian options). The pool is also good. No wifi in the room.

Very good location to airport
The hotel was really good for going to the airport. Staff was helpful, room was clean, the free shuttle to the airport was great as it was the breakfast

Broom closet without daylight
Very outdated! We got a room with a blocked window, so no daylight. Complaining about this was answered with: all rooms don't have windows (which wasn't true we found out later). Very bad air inside the room; really bad ventilation. On the positive: free shuttle to nearby airport, decent breakfast at next door Bellavista hotel (of which this hotel is part of)
