One of the best hotels in Taiwan ”

We booked 4 days 3 nights at the property, but we had so much fun so we stayed 2 more nights! Lots of fun activities to do with kids (I have 10, 9, and 6 yr old) day and NIGHT. This hotel finally gave us parents the chance to join the fun, such as laser tag, rock climbing, zip line, etc instead of just watching the kids play. Staff are young and friendly. Swimming pool is big with different depths, plus 2 very responsible life guards patrolling all the time. The hotel also have impressive book collections, I actually got some alone time reading books while kids went to explore on their own. Highly recommended! Worth every penny!

Friendly staff. There are so much activities to do in this hotel, won't get bored. Hotel is ok because we were located on the ground floor, would be best if we were on the upper levels. Room is ok, bathrooms needs to be renovated.

Lucky we found it”

The hotel is in a wonderful environment , yeat with 7-11 in the lobby and a lot of sport and activities equipment just outside. Recommend to visit, esp. with older kids or teenagers. Small minuses were that the swimming pool is opened only on Saturdays (out of season) and the receptionists were not able to speak English. Very good overall...

This hotel has a lot of activities to do, indoor and also outdoor. The swimming pool is nice and clean with chairs under umbrellas. The only negative comment would be that the carpets and tiles in hallways are dirty and stained. Invest in a carpet cleaner!

This place is for families with older kids”

It was booked because I saw a good review of outdoor activities, but we couldn’t enjoy ANY of the outdoor activities because we arrived 8:30pm on Sunday and the outdoor activities were closed until 2:30pm the next day(Monday) Basically we came all the way in here for a sleep. The room and the bathroom was Definitely outdated and the carpet didn’t look clean. The balcony had A LOT of random bugs and didn’t seem clean.(to me at least) They had Laser room and escape room at B1 with some age restrictions. We just enjoyed the foosball which was available for my entire family to enjoy. I might come again after a few years. Rated based on without outdoor activities experience.
