Exceptional budget hotel”
Nothing to complain about, considering I paid what a dorm bed costs in Kuala Lumpur, for a private room with aircon and attached washroom. The rooms are a bit dated and worn down but this add to its charm. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the hallways and lobby welcoming and clean. And staying right in the middle of Petaling street is a great way to discover more of Chinatown beyong the touristy market.

Great Hotel close to the hussle n bussle of Chinatown”
I've stayed at the Hotel Chinatown Inn before and I've always had positive things to say about the hotel, the position, the amazing, helpful staff and the facilities. This time the facilities, namely the wifi in the rooms in the street end of the hotel left much to be desired- kept dropping out or just not connecting,. Otherwise another great stay- highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location, worth to every penny”
We stayed for 4 days ....was a nice hotel to spend our days....first of all the lady in reception...Ellen was very humble and kind to everyone.....she guided lot of nice places nearby to shopping and visit....and all the other facilities they provided was nice...nothing experienced bad....can simply chose this place....

We stayed here last time we were in KL and next time as well. Clean and well kept with a wonderful hot shower. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great location near the station and the free bus, plus the airport shuttle bus.

Every thing is fine except for check in time ”
Every thing was nice except for check in as the flight reaches late night and reached hotel early morning but the staff said check in time in after 12:00 noon. It was hard to spend 7hrs after long travelling.

Very kind staff- they solve every Problem. Taxi should have picked me up one block away. Staff talked to Driver-so he picked me up at Hotel! Thank you for that! I had the room next to machine-room. (514) VERY noisy. Better take room 513. No noise, and nice room. I can recommend Hotel Chinatown Inn and will book on my next Kuala Lumpur-trip again. Thank you for beeing so nice and kind!

Hotel no parking space”
Hotel dont have parking space. I have to park my car at mrt pasar seni around 5minit walk from hotel. Parking fee 1day rm15. The room also noisy in the night. Hotel also provide hot water in the lobby. The cleanliness was okay for me. Every morning they will clean the room. Overall is okay. Just parking is the main problem for me.

I can't borrow electric port. Eventough there is a lift but there are long upstairs from the entrance to go to the lobby which feels uncovenient for my grandmother. The air conditioner is from the central and always feels so cold but we can't turn it off. Also a lot of dirty marks in the bed cover and blanket which make me doubted the cleanliness of this hotel. Actually the location will be blocked by night market stalls and if you need to order grab, you must walk around 400m untill the main road before you can order. That makes me feel confuse sometimes about ordering grab for bringing my grandmother with her wheelchair.

The hotel is placed well if you want to explore Chinatown. The main issue is that on the top floor the internet doesnt work at all, and its 2020!!! Come on! You have to fix this for your paying customers.

I supposed to get a room with a street view, but window was just 20 cm from other building wall, so I would say there was no window at all. Room is very small and AC was not working well.
