    We really recommend this hotel”

    clean, comfortable room, nice pool area, small zoo in the garden (parrots, monkey, crocodile, gecco), nice plants
    If I really have to say something: we didn't have a chair and a small table on the balcony, but others had them, maybe we were unlucky...

    We arrived after our visit at the archeological zone, we checked in fast, then the staff gave us a welcome drink. After put our staff in the hotel, we went to the pool, which is sooo big and there are many hammocks around the pool. We visited the parrots, they were so nice... So globally we had a very pleasant stay at Ciudad Real!

    Un lindo muy Hotel , tranquilo, con un jardin estupendo, gran alberca , y un restaurante donde la cocina es muy rica , el personal muy amigables , sin duda volveré en alguna otra ocasión .

    Rilassante e tranquillo”

    Piscina, camere spaziose

    abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel solo una notte, dopo la visita delle rovine di palenque. l'hotel è a pochi minuti di auto dalla stazione degli autobus ado di palenque, quindi relativamente comodo con una corsa in taxi. l'hotel ha camere spaziose, pulite, con due grossi letti. la piscina, grande e con un piccolo scivolo, era circondata di amache per rilassarsi. l'hotel ha un ristorante, sinceramente non un granchè (ci han servito tra l'altro del vino imbevibile). ha anche un angolo dove si trovano alcune piante su cui stazionano degli iguana, molto carino.

    בית מלון טוב קצת מחוץ למרכז אבל במרחק סביר”

    חדרים יפים, מסעדה טובה, חצר עם ברכת שחייה.
    עובדי הקבלה לא מדברים אנגלית, ובחלקם אנגלית מגומגמת קשה להיעזר בקבלת מידע מהם.

    בית המלון נמצא במבנה יפה עם חצר פנימית ירוקה , חדר אוכל נרחב, שהמגוון בו גדול. החדרים נעימים והשירות אדיב אם כי ישנה בעיית תקשורת למי שאינו דובר ספרדית. אחרי הסיור בפלנקה היינו צריכים לפנות את החדרים והם דאגו לאחסן את המזוודות כי הנסיעה שלנו הייתה רק בתשע בערב. כיון שאינטרנט מצוי רק באזור המסעדה הם מאפשרים לאורחים לשבת שם גם אם אינך מזמין ארוחה.
