      Stayed for approx 2 weeks. Musty smell in room on arrival. Had to change rooms twice, once because the air conditioner did not work, second time because there were mushrooms growing in the bathroom. Towels always stained. Poor service - had to call reception three times to request the same thing, this happened on many occasions. We left for the airport at 3.30am and the only staff member on duty refused to take our luggage from the rooms, saying it was not his job. The taxi driver came to take the bags from our rooms. Some staff are working very long shifts, from 5.30am to 12.30am consecutive days. One of the restaurant staff members was responsive though and cooked specific food when requested.

      Our room was clean, but there was mold on the walls and the ceiling. The fan was just about to fall down at us. The A/C didn't work. Our toilet couldn't flush. There was no help to get in the reception, and you never had 1st priority even though you'd been waiting for half an hour. The staff in the reception forgot or didn't care about anything you wanted, and they weren't helpfull in any way at all. The staff at the pool were hard to get in contact with - they often weren't there. The towels at the pool side were always dirty. The pool was extremely dirty as well. The lady in the poolside restaurant was very nice, but couldn't remember the food orders correct. The staff in the restaurant were too "sticky" and were often just staring at us. The food was ok, but nothing special. A little pricy compared to other restaurants.
