Great hotel !!!
As before, still a great hotel !! Not the first time in this hotel, and I am glad it is still the same good hotel. Rooms are really beautiful. Not so big, but beautiful. A bit pricey I think, but really a great hotel. Location is o.k, view is fantastic if you get the front rooms, on the upper floors. Will definitely go back to this hotel.

Good breakfast and facilities
We got a good view from the room facing the Ueno park. They serve a very nice breakfast, having a bathing pool as well as massage machine in the room.

Great value for money
We stayed in this hotel upon the recommendation of a friend. And we are so glad we did! Location: The hotel is a few minutes' walk away from the Keisei Skyliner Ueno Station. There are other train and subway stations nearby, allowing easy access to many spots all over Tokyo. It is also very close to many museums in Ueno Park. Lots of small restaurants around. Staff: Hotel staff speak good English. They were very helpful, especially in giving directions since we were first-time visitors to Tokyo. I ordered a rental pocket Wi-fi and they received it and returned it for me. Room: The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, but I guess that is to be expected in Tokyo. But the amenities are top-notch. They also have welcome gifs for guests. Bottled water and some snacks are provided for in the room. We were given rooms facing the pond, giving us a beautiful view. Food: Breakfast is included in the room price and is served in their restaurant in the basement. Choices are quite limited though and empty dishes take a long time to be refilled. The restaurant is small, so expect to wait for a table between 8-9am. Food is delicious. Don't miss out on the yummy desserts they offer. Over-all, we loved our stay at the Hotel Coco Grand Ueno Shinobazu and would love to stay there again when we return.

Great location, facilities and hospitality
Hotel is close to train station (Metro, JR, Keisei skyliner to Narita airport). Staffs are courteous and speak fluent English. Room was quite small (just typical for hotels in Tokyo), but clean, well-furnished and stuffed with pleasant touches like the massage machines and gift bags. Breakfast was good. Overall a very pleasant stay. Will definitely come back!
