Peaceful and Great Location”
This is a good choice if you like peace and quiet and want to work online. Very close to Kintetsu Station. After check-in, the staff leaves you alone and you don't hear a peep out of any other guests. This is something that works for my travel style, but may not be suitable for those who would need more staff interaction/assistance. I liked the robe and the mini kitchen. Good solid wifi connection. I took the airport limo bus from Kensai (~$14USD/1500Yen) and this hotel was extremely close to the drop off point at Sheraton near Kintetsu station. Very good value.

A hidden gem in Osaka, this hotel is walking distance from Osaka-Uehommachi station (a bit of a walk). Has a nearby Lawson that's open 247/7. By Osaka standards, the room is very spacious, no problems moving around even with several huge suitcases during winter. Bath is quite small but clean and well-stocked with basic toiletry items. Beds are quite low but still comfortable to sleep in. Overall will recommended esp since the neighborhood is very quite; doesn't feel like you're in the city at all.

great small hotel with such a reasonable price”
we stayed 1 night and it was nice with big room and clean. no breakfast was not a matter with a convenience store next door. great location to train station within 5 minutes walk. i saw staff twice at checkin and checkout but it is common in japan. Thats all we need!!

Superb stay, but unfortunate circumstance. ”
The stay was perfect-ish. Location is quiet and 5-ish minutes walk to the nearest train station. Lots of Lawson (convenience store) nearby and 1 that is 24/7. I would love to thank the elderly gentleman that allowed my partner and I to check in earlier than the stipulated check-in time. The stay could have been 10/10, but the WiFi was not functioning for 3 days out of the 4 days we were there. On the first day when it was not functioning, I informed a young lady at the front desk and all she could say to us was “the WiFi isn’t so good and we can’t do anything about it.” On the 3rd night, we informed another elderly lady who was very lovely and apologetic about the inconvenience. She could not fix the WiFi, but she ensured that someone will come by the next day to fix it. We did see the repairmen in the morning and the WiFi finally worked that evening. It was quite sad that we could not use the WiFi majority of our stay even though we were promised it in our booking.

I will say I feel the staff and their service makes me very comfortable and friendly. Always smiling on staff's face and borrowing umbrellas for us when it's raining outside. The place is ok, closed to subway. Need to take two station to 心齋橋. And there is department store and supermarket nearby. Convenient. But it's so strange that there is a kitchen in the room but with no pans or pots. We plans to cook our dinner in the hotel before the trip. We even book the hotel because it has a kitchen. But it turned out to be the kitchen didn't equip with any pots. A little bit disappointing.

Great location, close to multiple transportation”
Room is bigger than most of the hotels in Japan. Staff was very friendly and nice. There's a department store right next to the Kintetsu line, you can get a lot of food there with fair prices. You can also take the bus to the airport right in front of the department store. I'll stay here again if I visit Osaka in the future!

thought this was just another regular budget hostel. how wrong can one be.. first off, the twin room is bigger than average in japan. amenities are more than plenty. staffs are really nice. location is pretty just 5 min away from the kintetsu osaka uehonmachi st. convenience store is just walks away.. prob the best you can find for the price.

Recommended place to stay in Osaka”
Hotel is located very near the Euhommachi train station. Easy to find and walk to the station. About 5 mins walk only. Convenient stores like Lawson is just round the corner. So you can pretty much get food and beverages any time of the day. Rooms are kept very clean and are very nice. I love their toilets. :) Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Price is reasonable for this kind of rooms. I would stay there again when I revisit Osaka. Highly recommended!!! No regrets choosing this hotel.

A few walks away from the station but still very convenient! Staffs were very very friendly and nice. It was raining when I arrived and the staff was very kind and offered me towel to dry myself and they offered me to grab an umbrella before heading out for my travel around Osaka the next day as it was forecast that it will rain. The room that I stayed in was cleaned.

Staff is nice and eager to help; Room is big and clean while the price is not expensive; Close to metro station and with shopping malls nearby. You can take the airport bus just on the opposite of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to others

Excellent value, spacious unit, decent location”
The hotel is excellent if you are using Kintetsu line and Kansai airport limousine bus service - both within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It is very useful to catch the bus to the airport early morning to avoid the morning peak traffic with the subway. Subway station is a bit further away with about 10 minutes walk, which is fine as it is linked with underground from Kintetsu. The staff is not very fluent in English but he is trying his best to help us. Most of the times the staff is in the office so you will need to ring them out to the reception. My double bed unit is spacious and comfortable, with a queen size bed and another sofa bed beside it, and there is also a small balcony outside the unit. The toilet is the usual Japanese size, the water temperature in my unit takes a few minutes to heat up though. Bedding is very comfortable and the air conditioner is working perfectly. The washer and dryer are very cheap. Overall this is a great stay for apartment style accomodation.

Compact hotel with affordable price”
Location is good, not far from train station and subway station. We also can take airport limousine bus from Kansai Airport to reach the area. Lawson is a short walk. Overall area is quite in the evening. Room is good, clean and it seems like all the facilities (kitchen, bathroom, furnitures) are new. But the size of room is a bit small. We also have small balcony. No kitchen utensils are provided. Only a kettle and glasses. Overall, it is nice to stay in this hotel.

Stayed 5 nights. 2 rooms (2 people per room). Easy walk to uehonmachi station. Staff were nice. Rooms clean. Convenience store 1 min away. I'll stay here again. No frills, but it's a nice place. And, it was very affordable - got 2 rooms for what 1 room would have cost at other larger hotels. Highly recommrend.
