Probably the best hotel that I’ve ever visited!”
A very unforgettable night! We chose Premier Double - Non-Smoking room with a big open air bath privileges. This room is very big and clean. All facilities are good standard. The breakfast is light but pretty enough because there are so many great restaurants nearby that provide a wide range of selections. We recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel code is situated in a great location near all the nightlife and shopping areas. Staff were great and the hotel room was of a decent size. The bathroom was the largest of all the hotels I’ve stayed in. Beds were comfortable and relaxing. I’d stay here again.

Great location in Shinsaibashi, near Metro and shopping area. Room pretty small but it is normal in Japan hotel.

The location is quite good as it’s next to shinsaibashi station and the shopping street. The room is clean as well and they provide all the necessary amenities for us. The breakfast is quite good too. However, the lobby is quite small or we can actually say there is no lobby in this hotel, it’s just the lift and the reception. Besides, the room cleaning is not really well. We can still see some rubbish.

Can't accept the check in and check out timing.”
Only the things i don't like is they only allowed check in at 3pm if early than 3pm is charge 1000yen for a hour. And check out at 10am. This is the first hotel i stay with check in this late and check out at this early timing!

Not worth it”
I am very sure that I have booked for 2 person, however the reception insisted I booked a single room and needed me to add another $1100 for extra person fee. I was too tired and exhausted from the flight for hassles so I paid the charge right away. The reception handed me a plastic bag with extra bath robe, slippers, some extra bathroom amenities and towels inside before they show us the way to elevator. When I check in the room it’s pretty dusty, especially on top of bed. We have to sort out the amenities by ourself as they gave us a bagful of stuff instead of placing them neatly in the room for us. There’s no smoking room in the whole building, I had to go downstairs and walk out in the rain to smoke during my stay. Lots of restaurants and shops around the area so can easily get what you need from downstairs. They only gave us one key card which was unusual when we have 2 person so we had to ask for the second key card later on. ***Not recommended unless out of options***

Staffs are not polite, small room doesn’t even have space to put my stuffs. Cleaner didn’t throw my garbage and didn’t refill some of the daily stuffs for us.

Small Hotel Room but clean and at a great location”
FIrst up, the staff do speak English, so that's not an issue. Next, its very near Minami and right beside Shinsaibashi, which are the main shopping and food district in Osaka. However, the hotel rooms are small, but that is to be expected in Japan, especially one at this price. Note, while they do offer breakfast, don't expect any other thing other than bread (which is really good) and coffee/tea/juices.

Access is preeminent, and it is distance to Dotonbori and Namba Station on foot. The location from the higher floors is also the best. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our guests due to the room being narrow this time. In addition to staying in the hotel by all means in Osaka sightseeing. We are looking forward to stay with you.
