        Location and big car park and 24 hour front desk
        No covers on the duvet just top and bottom sheets and 1 single pillow each. And just 1 pillow in the wardrobe without a pillowcase on it! I didn’t think it was very hygienic to not have a duvet cover on the duvet. Especially with Covid 19!

        Hotel was far from anagni, breakfast was not good, not enough hot water for tea or coffee available, scrambled egg was not heated and unless you come early, will be either cold or absent.

        Good location, about 13 minutes away from the Magicland amusement park. Close to the austostrata. Hotel offers breakfast and dinner. Room was clean and simple, comfy beds.
        Shower head kept moving and spraying the water on walls instead of the person.

        The location is very close to the highway
        They turned the A/C off during the night in order to reduce costs. This is not acceptable, especially considering the fact that it was very hot. They turned it on, after my claims.

        Nous avons eu un problème sérieux en route, annoncé à l'hôtel que nous ne pourrions pas venir, contacté celui-ci par courriel, toujours sans recevoir aucune réponse, malgré les rappels. Puis nous avons appris que la carte de crédit était simplement débitée, ce qui ne nous semble pas correct. Alors, recevoir finalement une demande d'évaluation de l'établissement relève simplement de la provocation.
