Wonderful hotel in the heart of Naha, Okinawa!”
What a fantastic hotel. New facility. Spacious rooms. Great location. Absolutely wonderful. You won't be disappointed. Located right in the middle of the famous Kokusai (International Street). For first time visitors to Naha/Okinawa, it's the perfect location to explore the town - albeit a bit touristy, but for a first visit it's perfect. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore by foot. If you have a car, ample parking is available on site (elevator car garage or underground parking is available for JPY1500/day with in/out privileges). Staff are exceptional. Super friendly, always smiling and helpful - typical (great) Japanese service, but many of staff are from Nepal, Taiwan, as well as Japanese and all our gracious. Definitely worth it to get Breakfast included with your stay. Of all the Japanese hotels I've been to, this by far has THE BEST breakfast spread I've ever seen. American, Asian (Japanese/Chinese), European, fare are ALL represented. The chef at the egg station is so friendly! You will not start your day hungry. Finally, the rooms are clean, large and spacious. Free beer/drinks stocked daily in your room fridge. Wow! The Air-Con is whisper quiet and thermostat works perfectly. Everything about this hotel just shows class and attention to quality and service. The flat screen TV in the room was one of the largest I've seen in any standard guest hotel - my guess is 60-65 inches. Japanese and a few English news channels. NHK World (English) programming also available. The only criticism (if there is one) is the public onsen/bath/sauna is very very small. If the hotel property is full, be prepared to wait for a shower stall to wash/clean before entering the bath. Time your visit wisely and avoid rush hour bathing! Other than that, the facility was still clean and convenient. Two small baths and a sauna/steam room available. Segregated men/women. Lovely stay! Would definitely visit again. Great location for walking around Kokusai Street. The onsen was small but the steam room and sauna were nice additions. The bar was great for happy hour. Would definitely stay again especially when the pool and hot tub is open!

Beware the foreigner”
This is the first time in 20 years that I have ever been requested id for my entire family upon check in,no explanation, no apologies... when the confirmation mentioned only I would be required to submit ID. The lobby is sterile and stark, the area is convenient. The room was spacious and lovely and almost all of the other staff were helpful, and pleasant. Very mixed feelings due to check in.

The location of the hotel is good. There is a convenient store right next to the hotel. The room is spacious and my child (aged one) can walk round the room. The room is clean. And baby crib can be provided upon request. The staff is nice. The only thing we don’t like is just the time of waiting the lift is long. And there is only one lift to the car park. It takes quite a long time for us to get up to the room from the car park and vice versa. The overall experience staying here is good and I will recommend it to family with small children.

It’s conveniently located in Nahai Kokusai Dori shopping street. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The hotel is new and clean. The public bath is good for relaxing after a day of travel. Staff are friendly and speak conversational English.
