nice simple hotel, in good location for pwtc”
Simple clean rooms with aircon and hot showers. Well situated by Putra World Trade Centre, and lots of local food easily available within a few minutes walk. There is actually a Canadian Pizza in the back of the reception area too!

Nice budget hotel for traveler”
hotel can be classified as new (build in 2011) but still need improvement in term of utilities and room service...located in strategic place - near shopping complex, public transportation (lrt), groceries store (7eleven) & restaurants (kfc 24hr)....not so far from chow kit road where there's bazaar selling a lot of things such as cloths, pants etc.

The hotel is comfartable and cheaper,recommeded for backpackers however during my stay there is water shortage at the hotel and got the highest floor so bit tired to climb because no escalator,overall is good

Online booking and already paid but still need ID and deposit RM 22.Indian staff and have small pizza room.Room just okay and no lif,problem for old weak leg man and heavy luggage.Location good because easy for public transport like taxi or LRT.Near famous Chow Kit area,Putra bus station,PWTC.

Good Location but Uncomfortable Room”
I was stay 4 nights in this hotel, the room was really make me feel uncomfortable. The toilet is very small, the windows cannot fully cover and outside can look into your room! The bed and blanket were very dirty, I did not dare to use the towel and had to buy my own. Outside the room was very noisy as this hotel served as hourly hotel, so can always heard the door open and close even in midnight! I will not come back to this hotel again.

the room was really nice,clean,modern and the view of the ocean was average. the internet wifi connection was good in the room and free computers in lobby. was very dissapointed in the staff and had a few annoying problems. our laundry came back over a day late and the room was never "made up" after three nights of staying there. the staff does not seem to speak any english and offered no explanation to anything.

unsatisfied...no available room but was confirmed ”
Staying in this hotel is really unrecommended to anybody,confirmation number was given to front desk officer but they ignore it asking for print out copy , they call the owner & arrive after almost an hour.When the owner came he said no room is available, the system should not confirm my payment if no room is available.The owner brought him to another hotel but were charge RM98/day instead of RM64/day, so the guest has nothing to do but paid them.

A backpacker's place. Pretty decent. No high hopes”
Pleasant enough place for a backpacker. Right smack in the city center within walking distance of rail transit. Got a pizza joint at the lobby. The room is good enough to relax in. Dont bother with the TV. The water heater doesnt work in the room we stayed in though.

How come the bag in the room will just missing like that! I think the hotel management was not responsibility on our goods in room! They just told when they found the bag, they will call us, but I dont think they will follow up our case.

Very Poor”
The whole hotel and rooms smells bad, the people can smoke in the room,the room is totally different from the photo displayed, the aircon is old and noise,towel and bedsheet is dirty, the toilet have lots of ants,some of them are in bed. Walk in price is same as online price.Neck got nite by something ,very bad experience and won't come again.

Unpleasent hotel and unattentive service”
Hotel room looked ok for the price paid, but when I lay down on to the bed, to my dismay, the pillows all stunk to the high heavens and were coated in this yellowish colour. I then proceeded to check the entire bed and found yellow patches all over the bed sheet, the head rest of one bed was filled with some unknown substance which looks like nose pickings. The toilet had hair from the previous user and didn't look like it was cleaned at all. The bath towels recieved were stained badly and had a very stale smell.
