This hotel is just 180m away from JR station . Can see they tried their best to give the best to their customer despite limited size ... awesome spread of breakfast and it taste good! It even have free simple supper with coffee machine for guests to drink ..small onsen at basement too. With just 300m away from the seafood market . I would say I like this place . Con.... kushiro is a quiet town . With JR pass , u still may need car to travel as JR may not cover all the attraction you wish.. we tried JR pass but certain area you still need to purchase bus tic and restricted be the limited bus schedule . I will be back to this hotel again but this time I may consider to rent a car to explore !

Decent room at good location”
It's a nice enough room and I enjoyed my stay. Pretty much across the street from the train station and bus terminal, and within walking distance (5-10 minutes) of Washo and Tancho Markets. Great places to find sashimi and other seafood. I didn't have a lot of contact with hotel staff, but they were courteous.

Requested a copy of my Japanese Residence Card (在留カードのコピーを要求されました）”
Although the hotel was fine and the staff friendly and accommodating I would not recommend this hotel if you are non-Japanese living in Japan. As non-Japanese they requested a copy of my Residence Card but as I have a permanent Japanese address I am under no obligation to show them my card. They acknowledged that they are aware of the law stating as such but still asked anyway, apparently on behalf of the Hokkaido police. ホテルやスタッフの方々は問題ありませんでしたが、チェックインの時に在留カードのコピーを要求されましたためこのホテルをおすすめできません。在日外国人 (国内居住) なので在留カードをホテルに見せる義務はありません。

Good Location”
The staff at the front desk are not friendly. Doesn’t seem enticing to approach them and no smile. However those cleaners and staff at the restaurant at 10th floor are quite nice. I stayed for 4 nights and i only get 1 small mineral water for 1 day. I thought that is quite standard each day you stay you get a bottle of water, some other hotel give 2 bottles a day too. Location is good is just in-front of Kushiro Bus Terminal. Theres a massage chair and free coffee at night.

Pleasurable hotel near from JR Kushiro Station”
Last spring break, I stayed two night at Hotel Crown Hills Kushiro. Based my opinion, this hotel is located very near from JR Kushiro Station. Around 5 minutes by walking. The receptionist is very helpful. They borrow us the umbrella when it was rain without any charges. They could speak little English but they need to improve their English skill. The room is very pleasurable. There is a big window inside and we can see a view from the room. The room is little bit small. The king bed and the pillow was quite comfortable. The bathroom is very comfortable and clean. There is a shampoo, body wash, hair conditioners, tooth brush,tooth paste, and hair dryer inside the bathroom. Overall I was pleased by the room, cleanliness, friendly personnel, free wifi, quite room, and bath room. I will stay in this hotel again when I am in Kushiro.

A comfortable hotel near Kushiro station”
The hotel was a little old but it was still clean and comfortable for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Love the 'entertainment corner' where we have access to wide range of Manga (unfortunately not in English), and free supper (pot of warm rice with pickles and tea pack) and a massage chair. The Onsen was small but we love it. We had our dinner there which were reasonable price but taste was average. The location was very good, being next to Kushiro station. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

It is near JR station and bus terminal, so it is very convenience, Food is great with great night view restaurant on the 10/F, worth to try. though it is a convenient hotel, the room space is enough, not feeling too small. In general this is quite a good hotel for staying in Kushiro.

Good location, facilities and functional room”
Literally just opposite the JR Kushiro Station and Bus Station. Near grocery shops. 15 mins walk to fisherman's wharf MOO and EGG. Have microwave oven on the 4th Floor for instant food prep or to cook your own food. The room has a a bit more space to move about for a single room. Good public bath.

Everythings is OK. But almost all The Sfaff only speak Japanese. Be prepare with complate info to go to Kushiro because it’s so difficult to make an English communication.

Great location & price. Staff were cordial but not welcoming. Nonsmoking rooms were next door to smoking rooms. Each night I could smell the smoke from the adjacent room. Not good for someone with allergies to smoke.

Had a room which was near the lift lobby. Convenient. Room was clean although a bit too small. Toilet was definitely small but compensated by the toiletries provided. Overall experience very good. Just 5 mins to JR station and bus station. Real good location

Close to washo”
Just walking distance to JR and washo market. They have the ochazuke served at lobby btwn 2000-2400h. Overall facilities not bad. But need to pay for parking at only 500 yen a night.

arrived at night, had a very unforgetable dinner at the 10th floor of the hotel, the price was inexpensive,service was great.walked around the station after dinner and had left the next morning.
