More than you can imagine!”

It's such a wonderful experience staying at Crystal Palace. I felt sorry that my domestic flights was delayed and delayed. Hotel is not that far from airport so I suggest people just take a cab to hotel. They had no complaints about my delay but greeted my well. I ended up booking my activities in hotel as well. Price is reasonable and everything is taken care of. I strongly recommend this hotel to people going to Pokhara.

Centrally located in Pokhara”

Hotel Crystal Palace is centrally located in Pokhara and is only 2 minutes away from the main street. Staff are helpful and they tried their very best to help us with all arrangements that we might need. Room is tidy and clean, mountains can be seen from balcony.

Central location/nice stay”

We really enjoyed our stay at Crystal Palace hotel. It was our base while we were going to do different activities like biking and trekking. The staff and the hotel owner very friendly and helpful. It is located within a minute walk from the main street where all the shops and restaurants are. On clear days we were able to see the mountains from the balcony. Hot water and air conditioner included.

Great Decision”

Pokhara is a chill out town. The hotel has great views, either the ridges or the lake. Staffs were really accomodating and always says Hello! In a sweet and genuine way.

Good location”

Nice hotel to stay for 1-2 days Staff is so friendly, near Phewa lake But there were not heater, kettle, hair dryer in the room. We have 3 people but only one slipper in there. The weather is quite cold in the evening so we have to share the slipper if we want to go to bathroom.

Nice and cozy place”

Superb location, close to the main tourist hub in Pokhara, almost everything is in walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is highly friendly.

Good Hotel with Average Facilities”

Strong points: Rooms were big and nice, Beds were comfortable, Bathrooms were clean. One Mountain top of Himalayan Range other hills can be seen from Balcony and window of front side rooms. Foods were cheap and Tasty. Staffs were well behaved. Very close to the lakeside road and lake. Bicycle rent available just in front of Hotel. Improvement opportunities: We booked two rooms, one rooms TV was not working, thought they tried to rectify and apologize as it can't be changed in midnight. Backside rooms had no balcony. The main problem is Bathroom has no exhaust fan, they just had windows with curtains and the window open to the corridor which needs to be solved immediately. Overall It was a good stay, I would definitely recommend others.

new hotel with good internet access, near shopping area, friendly and helpful staff. room is clean but no facility for drinking water and have no lift , so we have to walk if we have room at 4th or 5th floor.

You paid for what you got!”

We stayed there two nights, one night before our trekking and one night after. Their rooms are clean and staffs are calm and nice. The first night was deeply disappoint , the phone was broken, water was cold/ bit warm, the wifi wasn't work and the staffs tried hard to sell the trekking tour. Their breakfast is general buffet for group guests, and it's hard to say tasty. But the second night was so much better. We got a bigger room and thanks god the water was super warm in that chilly day. Although the wifi and breakfast was same as usual, we had better experience indeed. Comparing to the price we paid, it's kinda fair enough.
