We checkin to a family room with 2 large beds but having 2 bathrooms was a great surprise. The room is big and beautiful. The front desk service staff were great and very helpful. We were experiencing some issues with the in-room movies. The front desk staff came up to check and reset the program for us. Later, she called twice to check and confirm that the issue was resolved. Excellent service.

This is a quaint boutique hotel with its charm especially at the lobby area. It is a fairly new area with nothing much at a stone's throw but near enough for 5 - 10 mins cab rides to the night market and anping cultural town area. There is no flexibility for late checkout as you will be charged by the hour for that request.

Location is a bit far to public transport, better to travel by taxi. And the building is not high, so it looks like a luxury apartment instead. Breakfast has 5 choices, besides of ramen, they are all good. Staff are nice, helpful and beautiful.

Very clean room, boutique hotel concept. Location is not very convenient, have to take a 10 mins cab to Garden Night Market and 15 mins walk to the nearest 7-11. Hotel comes with breakfast but not buffet style. Overall, nice hotel, fairly priced, but not very convenient.

Five Star Hotel?”
No one helps with luggage upon arrival; Upon check in I was informed that although my kids can stay for free, I need to pay extra for their breakfast; Breakfast choices are limited, and we need to go according to the breakfast timing slot. However since we arrive at 6pm, the preferred breakfast slot has been fully booked, we don’t have much choices; When getting into the room, 307 smells bad.. you didn’t expect this smell in a five star hotel; No bathtub, no wardrobe; Upon check out the hotel refuse to issue a receipt and said it is because of Agoda booking. However my other bookings via agoda were all able to issue receipts to me. What a stay!

Nice boutique hotel in Tainan Anping”
Boutique hotel located in Tainan, 5 mins drive to reach Anping attractions. There are 7 of us stay in 2 huge rooms, each came with 2x king size beds and 2x individual bathrooms. Very clean and spacious. Easy to get around to surroundings with car. There's a large car park beside the hotel which is free of charge for hotel guests. Breakfast is provided with good selection of western and Chinese food.
