This hotel was the best part of our trip to Sapa. We visited Sapa in the winter and we had 3 days of fog (3 metre visibility) and we're told in the summer, Sapa gets a lot of raining days. (Furthermore, it's hard to get accurate weather info for Sapa because when you search for Sapa's weather forecast on the internet, you are actually getting the weather from the nearest weather station, which is 1 hour away, at a much lower elevation, and thus, completely different from Sapa's. i.e. while we were in thick fog, the weather station was getting sunshine). Most restaurants and buildings in Sapa are not heated (and most hotels are not wel- heated) and there are no restaurants on the streets of Sapa that serve delicious western food. This hotel, however, is extremely well-heated and the food is delicious. It is so nice, after walking around in cold, and fog to return to this hotel and feel the warmth as soon as you walk into the hotel, and to eat a delicious meal. Every part of this hotel is gorgeous. Chic Cafe, where breakfast is served, and one of the restaurants for the rest of the day, is huge and beautiful. The Absinthe bar is soooo instagrammable. The pool room is the most amazing indoor pool room I've ever seen. Even the lobby is broken into 4 smaller, gorgeous rooms. My family spent HOURS taking photos in different parts of this hotel (and another couple were getting wedding photos taken here). There is NOWHERE else in town as beautiful as this hotel. The 8th nicest photo spot in this hotel is more beautiful than the nicest photo spot elsewhere in town. The staff speak English better than anyone else in town. The hotel is also perfectly located: the main square (filled with minority people) is next door, the major shopping and restaurant street begins at the hotel, the town's best cafes are a 5-minute walk away, and the cable car to the top of Fansipan Mountain starts at this hotel (you don't even need to step outside). It was truly amazing and touched the hearts of all team members here. You are totally right. The weather of Sapa is very icing, however, with all our caring you'll never feel cold in this place. And I absolutely agree with you that you couldn't find any other place can serve you better Western cuisine than our hotel. Our Chef felt so proud of hearing your compliment for our foods. 5-star hotel with best hospitality ever!”
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. My room is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and clean. I recommend this place to all and everybody like me, who wants a 5-star hotel that is located in the center of Sapa, near many good restaurants and right beside the Sapa Station where you can take cable car to Fansipan. During day time you can go to 10th floor to have some drinks/lunch and look at/take some pictures with the hotel’s buildings and architecture and also Sapa’s scenery. I think they had put a lot of effort to every detail/corner of this hotel and I am in love with it, from the floor, pictures/slogans on the walls, the “little forest” at the ground floor, everything. All the staffs are very friendly, well-trained, super helpful and thoughtful. I am really moved and impressed with their little surprise for me when I came back to my room at night one day prior my birthday. I didnt tell them about it and then their cake really made me happy!!! I felt I had made the best decision ever when booking this hotel months prior my birthday to treat myself. Firstly, the decoration/furnishing are fabulous. It's all in the details, and this hotel does not disappoint. From the entrance, to the bathrooms, restaurants, bar, swimming pool, every place was constructed with a strong design sense, as if you just walk out from a 1920s French movie set. The service is wonderful too. Special shout out to Christine (Giang) at the front desk who was friendly, initiated and made sure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast spread was good, including the usual Vietnamese and Continental options, plus some local Sapa food/fruit too! Hot chocolate (whether you ordered it, or the welcome drink) was great too. Hotel is located right where the funicular (which leads to the cable car) for Fansipan Mountain. It is also a short 5 mins walk away from the main town.

Highly recommended if you wan luxury. Bf spread is awesome. Room is big and to the details. But do not give the children money to stop the syndicate from this trade. Just offer them meals and food. It is a syndicate system and they use children as a bait. The children are so pitiful, cold and hungry and as young as newborn. Did not enjoy sapa but this hotel is a saving Grace! Love this hotel.

During my 2-day stay at Sapa, the whole town got absolutely fogged up! Literally could not see across the street. Needless to say all plans to the peak etc got scrapped. Ended up just staying at the hotel to chill and to use its expansive facilities like spa, pool, gym, restaurants, etc. It was great and the services were impeccable. Highly recommended.

We had the great time here . Every part of hotel are very beautiful. That's very good gor taking pictures. The swimming pool is vety stunned ,love it. I'm also using spa treatment ,it is so relax . Excellent Amenities and Service”
Suitable for those who want a rehabilitation kind of trip. The rooftop view is super nice. The hotel is beautiful, you can spend a whole morning exploring its architecture and taking photos. The hotel is walking distance from train station to Mount Fansipan, Sapa Town, Cathedral Church, Square and many eateries. I would definitely come back and have a longer stay.

The location is super good , located just beside the Sun Plaza which is the main plaza that you need to board the fansipan legend ( monorail, cablecar). It is also at the city centre where it’s just min walk to eateries. The interior of the hotel make me feel like i am in Europe, and very interesting details around the hotel. Love the breakfast spread also and the staff is helpful. Although their English could be limited, but they try hard to assist us and make our stay comfortable .
