Clean room management, daily cleaning and friendly staff. Great location, perfect for daily walks on the beach and exploring nearby restaurants and tourist attractions on foot. Convenient access to buses and taxis to get to all the places you want to go. Also, very close to the airport. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

Great location by the sea for a nice walk, the hotel interior is clean and the room condition is good. The staff are all friendly and there is an elevator. I recommend having breakfast outside!

Exceptional welcoming staff”
The room was very pleasant decorated in french style with Monet prints on the wall and pale blue shutters overlooking the breakfast courtyard. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is a short taxi ride from the train station. We had a change to our requirements due to unforseen circumstances and the hotel could not be more accommodating for us. We also noticed that they went out of their way to satisfy all needs and requests from other guests. They were very helpful with tourist and transport enquiries and offered free wifi which worked well. The hotel is located on Rue de France which we discovered was full of great shops and restaurants and is the heart of activity in Nice.

Lovely hotel”
We were pleasantly surprised at the standard of cleanliness of the hotel the cleaner is obviously doing an amazing job I hope she is being recognised for her hard work. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of breakfast items to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel again what’s not to like.

Not on the waterfront, busy, noisy street”
It is not on the waterfront. It is a couple of blocks to the waterfront. It is an easy walk to the beach were you can rent chairs. There is no parking at the hotel. There is a lot not far that you must pay to park and there is no hotel discount for parking. The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable but the biggest problem was the noise from the street - all night long. And while you can walk to just about anything - restaurants, stores, bank - it is noisy all night. Also the room got hot and we couldn't get the air to work and there was no sleeping with the window open. The price may be good for the area but I would check your options.

Dear Leslie, Our location and parking information are clearly precised on the website, we're located the first street parallel to the Promenade des Anglais. We don't have the parking, but there're 2 parkings close to our hotel open 24 h/24. The room surface is about 14m², it's standard for 3* hôtels in France. It was quite cold during your stay in mid-April at about 8-9°C in the morning and about 15 °C in the afternoon,the hotel was on a heating mode. The air-conditioning was switched on on April 20th. We welcomed you in a room facing the street. We apologize for the noise disturbance out of our control on Friday and Saturday evenings.You could ask us to move to the other room but you reported nothing to the reception. Quite side of Santorini ”
Lovely pool and buildings, on the less busy side of the island. Staff was friendly with good English. Easy walk to the top and "hectic area" for food, supplies and view! Linens not as soft as I like, and we had issues with ?mites? 1rst night, but was resolved without issue. I would stay again for the value and peacefulness. If you want the spectacular view and will pay the price for the top hotels you can. But we didn't ha e to haul luggage up any steep alleys!

Hotel is neat. Bed is very comfy. Staff are exceptionally assistive. Location: near the beach. 600mtrs to Alsace Lorraine Tram (airport line) & 700-800mtrs Massena Tram Station (points of interest line). To get to Monaco or Cannes is via Nice Ville Station (massena - gare thiers - walk to nice ville)

Perfect Location!”
I enjoyed my three-night stay here. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is terrific, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. The room was small but I expected that. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, water pressure good in the shower, and there was air conditioning!!!! I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were recently refurbished and decorated very nicely. The location is fantastic. Only one block away from the promenade. My sincere appreciation to Kurt at the front desk who helped us make reservations at several local restaurants. The breakfast buffet was very nice and eating out on the terrace was an added pleasure. Our room was on the first floor facing the street but was still quiet enough. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for any length stay in Nice and hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Great little budget hotel in a great location. Breakfast option is convenient. Some staff were very friendly while others not so much but all were professional, patient, and spoke English. Rooms are tiny but its Europe. My bed was comfy and I had a window. The 2 women who work in the mornings are very sweet, as are the housekeepers.

Very friendly staff, good location close to the beach and excellent restaurants nearby. Didn't order the breakfast, as there was plenty of bakeries and cafeterias nearby. Good value for money if you spend most of the day outside
