Great location, helpful staff”

The hotel has a great location with walkable distance from main museums, Eiffel Tower and shopping districts. Hotel staff is very accommodating and even helped to take photos from one of the available rooms with the Eiffel Tower background. I would highly recommend hotel breakfast as it was exquisite. I would recommend to try their dinner especially the lamb. There is also a supermarket 3 min walking distance (Carrefour) in case you want something local.

Nice Boutique Hotel”

The hotel is right next to major 5 star hotels such as the Four Seasons and is walk distance to great shopping, the Arc D'Trumph, and bridges on the Seine overlooking the Eifel Tower. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are descent size by European standards. If you are looking for nice quiet boutique hotel this is a good choice.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. The bed was fantastically comfortable and the room had excellent climate control. Breakfast was no more than minimum expected for class of hotel but stay was very enjoyable overall.

At best a four star hotel”

Instead of staying our normal 5Star hotels - Marriot, Ritz, InterCon, etc. we decide to chose a Nice 5 star French hotel We were hoping for a gem. Unfortunately, we did not succeed. When we arrived to our hotel - we were asked if we wished to upgrade our room to a suite for an additional 120E. We declined. We were shown to our hotel room. A long narrow room - with a bathroom (no door - but a swinging a partition) three small closets (one of them - for the mini bar). Issues with the room: Spoke with the front desk twice about the A/C not working. Third time - it was finally working (our room was averaging the 27C at night. The toilet leaked - so all night you heard water running and the booster pump kick in We requested the Mini-bar be cleared out - On the third request was told that there was an 18E fee (we declined.) No shower curtain - so when you took a shower - water went all over the floor and no central drain - so you would have to spend a few minutes toweling up the water. Also it seems that this was planned as a 5 star hotel - but someone ran out of cash - so there a lot of cheap stuff to finish up things. We will not stay in this hotel again.

There is no tea or coffee maker machine in the room! Also the 5 ⭐️ Hotels they should put a bottle of water every day but in this hotel they don't!! Other wise every thing is perfect.

파리출장이 긴데다 파리에 처음 와보는 이탈리아 사는 동생때문에 위치만 보고 예약한 곳입니다. 조식포함 가격이였지만 차라리 돈을 더 받던지 조식을 없애야 하는 수준이고요.. 직원들 체계가 안잡혀 있어서 코로나 때문에 그런 줄 알았지만 그후에 다른 5성호텔 가니까 완전 다르더라고요.. 비싸지만 가격만큼 못한 호텔..! 파리에 수십번을 왔다갔다 했도 여러 4.5성호텔서 묶어 봤지만 여긴 정말 가격이 싸도 예약안할거에요.

친절하고 방도 엄청 깨끗하고 전반적으로 다좋았습니다. 다만 조식을 먹을때 무료 조식 신청해서 갔는데도 자꾸 유로 메뉴판을 줘서 짜증이 ;;
