Superb staff, lovely hotel”

The staff were extremely helpful; The location and building are quaint and lovely; Excellent standard of cleanliness

This was a repeat stay at the hotel and the staff were very very helpful. Apart from a hitch in being able to check in on time (after a long haul flight), they anticipated my every need, organised for my luggage to be transferred up and down stairs, and were just so chilled out that it felt I was staying at someone's private home instead of an impersonal hotel. I have stayed in an apartment as well as room with shared bathrooms. Both were very comfortable, clean, well lit and well equipped. I would recommend staying at this hotel when in Amersfoort as you're really in the heart of city centre, just a few steps away from the square. They also have a good range of pricing options for different kinds of rooms. PS: I didn't eat anything there so have a neutral rating for Food/Dining.

Waren zu dritt für eine Nacht da, zu wenig küchenuntersilien. (Keine Löffel, keine Gabeln für einen Snack) Sonst absolut Ausreichend für die Übernachtung.

Fijn hotel!”

Leuk knus hotel. Nieuwe tuin aangelegd waar het prima vertoeven is. Kamers zijn prima, goed bed, douche/toilet schoon. Bijgeboekt ontbijt aan tafel geserveerd, prima in orde. Divers, voldoende en vriendelijk personeel die dit serveerde. De ligging van het hotel is erg dicht bij het centrum gelegen. Parkeergarage de Flint ook op loopafstand. Zou dit hotel zo weer boeken.

Prima accomodatie. Onze 4pers. kamer helemaal boven had als nadeel al die trappen oplopen en in de nacht het geluid van de verwarmingsketel wat je nachtrust niet ten goede komt.

weekend in Amersfoort”

Mijn boeking-ID 234196579 voor 27-28-4-2019. Ik heb geboekt via Agoda omdat de receptioniste geen tijd had. Ik ken Agoda niet. Agoda vertelde niet welke kamer. Het verbaasde mij meteen, wat die kost op de site v.h. hotel 78.00(Ik heb 112.39 euro betaald) Cof.room is 84.00 Comfort room plus 100.00 Lux, Guestroom 115.00. De kamer die wij gekregen hebben staat niet eens op de site! Volgens mij was het de bezemkamer. De lamp hing op half elf, de ijskast was leeg, er was geen doucheschuim/shampoo/bodycreme, zoals je op de site zag. De bedden stonden uit elkaar met een nachtkastje er tussen en we keken uit op een eroticabioscoop!. Je hoorde alles v.d.buren. De tv deed het niet. We hebben veel te veel voor deze kamer betaald. Wat een leuke overnachting moest worden was een kater.Op uw site heb ik gelezen, " ziet een een mindere prijs voor uw kamer, krijgt u het verschil terug. Ik zou graag het verschil terug willen hebben en liefst een compensatie. Het verschil kan niet zo groot zijn.

Alles vonden we helemaal top maar de kamer wel aan de kleine kant.”

Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De tegelvloer op de kamer was ook koud aan de voetjes.Kleedje zou fijn zijn. Tuin zag er er gezellig uit als was het november.
