New hotel everything clean...very near with kg cina and pasar payang..infront hotel have foodtruck at night which really convinient.upperdeck really nice to lepak...just reminder the hotel only have stair so not advisable for old people or people problem to climb stair

Cheapest hotel in town!!!”

If you are solo or couple traveller, then this is the best hotel for you.. strategic location..nearby night market and short walking distance to Pasar Payang. Although the room is small and no windows, I can give 5 stars for cleanliness and of course it is comfortable 👍👍👍

Clean and nice location”

The room is clean and sanitise every day. The location is quite nice, it's locate behind chinatown and the opposite is the beachfront. There have pasar malam which have many foods at every night too.

Owner was very nice and helpful. At the back is Chinatown and the front of the hotel is the waterfront. I found the water dispensers located on ground floor and 2nd floor very useful. Made use of the rooftop as well. You can buy your own food / drinks and sit at the rooftop enjoying great views of the waterfront! Overall good. Some things that can be improved. - Hooks to hang clothes inside shower

stayed for two nights in a unit for 3 pax. Nice morning and night view from my unit. ample carpark. friendly and attentive staff. Clean room with a comfy bed but the room is small for 3 beds. Overall I am happy with my stay and will come again.
