Clean and in a good location”

We are currently staying in the hotel and tonight is our last night in Naples. We only have positive things to say about this hotel. 1)Walking distance from Garibaldi train station. 2) Has a lot of cheap pop up markets (just watch out for your things) 3) A lot of delicious and affordable food (there is an Indian restaurant opposite the street with the best briyani and beef curry) 4) A very helpful male maintenance staff who helped us with our charger issue. Having a universal charger available would be great since other hotels usually keep a few of those. 5) A very efficient housekeeping staff who we had not yet met before. However, she leaves the room very clean and well-arranged every single day. We leave the room in a complete disarray but we come back at the end of the day with it being spic and span. 6) A balcony where my husband could smoke without going down. 7) Very affordable! 8) Comfortable bed and linens. 9) Very safe and you can be at ease leaving your things inside the hotel while you go around Naples 10) They have a lift and before I forget, a wheelchair stair aid Thank you Hotel dei Mille!

Rooms were great”

I like the rooms, but area is not the best. You can pay double this hotel and still be in bad area. Might as well stay here. I was here twice as single white girl and survived. Naples is just not a city to visit period

Close to Metro”

Fancy hotels are close and costs way more. This room is great and staff were good

Overnight stay”

This place is close to the train station which is what i was looking for. It was fine for 1 night. The area wasn't the nicest. The room was fine. The bathroom was a little smelly and dirty.

Unfriendly staff”

The staff are not nice and the room are not very clean, old hotel

Short stay”

Good transition stay to sorrento. 24hr reception very helpful. A distance away from train station. Big room, good aircon. Area quite rowdy at night. Ok for short stay.

staff is very friendly and helpful”

The location is very centric, closed to everything, thats good, its not the safest neigborhood is the city, i have to say, unfortunetly my friends purse got ripped of at the first night by a guy on scooter. Staff (specially Eduardo the receptionist) is very helpful and nice.

Clean, Spacious Room”

The area is abit sleezy I would say but generally is close to train station and many kebabs stores nearby. Take note at the end of the stay you have to pay some city tax which is not included in the bill.

They are still renting the room while renovating. No telephone inside the room to contact in case of emergency. The area is a bit dangerous!

Ich hatte vorher gelesen, dass die Lage um den Bahnhof nicht so sicher sein sollte, ich dachte, so schlimm kann es nicht sein, aber ich habe mich besonders abends wirklich nicht sicher gefühlt
