This accomodation should be condemmed !”

For the sake of Agoda's reputation you need to remove this accomodation from your listing. The building should be condemmed as unfit for human habitation. You dont want to touch any surface on account that both rooms I was shown (standard and superior standard) were disgustingly dirty in every respect with absolutly no obvious attention whatsoever to maintenance. Although the staff were tryimg to be helpful they were clearly stressed.

Dirty ”

Nobody was at the reception when we arrived. We had to wait more than 30 minutes. The room was very dirty. It wasn't possible to lock the door of the room. Further the shower wasn't working. Breakfast: three slices of white sandwich bread and jam + coffee/tea
